Perfect for Maintaining a Pristine Lawn!
I couldn’t be happier with this JAGROM Electric String Trimmer! The 20V power and 12-inch cutting width make it super easy to tackle both my lawn and edges with minimal effort. The fact that it comes with two 2.0Ah batteries is very helpful in finishing the job.The trimmer is lightweight and easy to handle, which is a big plus since I have a few tight spots to maneuver around. It cuts through grass effortlessly and makes trimming the edges look professional. The 8 extra spool lines were a nice touch, so I’m all set for a while.Set up was a breeze, and the charger works quickly, so I can get back to work in no time. Overall, it’s a great value for the price and does exactly what I need without the hassle of gas or cords. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for an efficient, cordless lawn tool!

good buy for price
battery life doesn’t last long, used it for maybe 10-15 mins and it died. battery was fully charged. went and got the other fully charged battery, died in about 10 mins as well. other than battery life 10/10, easy to put together, not loud, strong lasted longer than the battery life lmao. totally worth the $60 tho

Great value, solid performance — no regrets!
Yeah this is satisfying. At first, Two included batteries are a huge win — I finished my 300–400 sq ft yard with just one, and still had a backup ready to go.I also appreciate the 8 spare spool lines. That should easily last a whole season. The edge guide and spacer guard make trimming cleaner and safer, even around delicate areas. The best part? The auto-feed line system. It works smoothly and makes trimming effortless — can’t imagine using a trimmer without it now.Quick tip: Don’t forget to remove the tape on the line-cutting blade during assembly.Easy to put together, easy to use, and overall a great purchase. Highly satisfied!

easy to use for elder folks
I gave this green electric trimmer to my aunt because her yard was starting to look like a jungle and she said her old trimmer “quit on her during a heat wave.” This one is cordless and comes with two batteries, which she said is “a game changer” even though I think she just likes not tripping over cords. It also comes with like a bunch of extra string things, which she called “ammo for the weeds.”We charged it up and took it out to the backyard. My aunt started trimming and said, “Ooooh this thing’s got some zip!” Then she did the edges and it actually looked pretty pro. It’s not super heavy, so she didn’t get tired fast. I even got to try it (with her watching like a hawk), and it was kind of fun, like I was mowing down an army of angry grass blades. There were a couple silly things. One time she forgot to charge both batteries and it died halfway through, so half the yard looked perfect and the other half looked like Bigfoot lived there. Also, the string popped out once and she had to read the manual, which she said was written by “a robot with no chill.” But once she got it back in, it worked fine again. In the end, it was a pretty cool gift. My aunt said it made yard work “almost enjoyable,” which for her is a big deal. The yard actually looks nice now, and the neighbor even asked what tool she used. If you’ve got an aunt who’s into gardening or just wants to battle back the weeds without using giant scissors, this thing totally works. Just remind her to charge both batteries, or one side of the yard’s gonna look jealous.

Works well, but FALLS APART During use!
I'm torn because i LIKE THIS, but it FALLS APART!!! It's very easy to use but it FALLS APART !!!During use, the top portion disconnects - SEVERAL TIMES. It's a headache because we have to turn off, remove battery, unscrew the top portion, fix/allign and re-tighten. It's great (when it's not falling apart) with getting those tough weeds. In all honesty, it COULD have gotten a 5 star review had we not had to FIX THE DISCONNECT MORE THAN 6 TIMES! -- Mnd you, we've only used it 3 times, so far ! :|

Falls apart, poorly designed, risky to use
Extremely poorly designed and put together. Terrible, obtuse, convoluted and mismatching instructions. There is no automatic spool feeder. Went thru instructions, searched online, it doesn't work at all. So have fun spending a few minutes using until you need to turn it off, disconnect battery, and trying to get it out manually. Wash, rinse, repeat....if you even get that far. It's not "foldable" by any expected, common-sense means. Rather, its like a tent with foldable sitcks you have to fit into sockets, but imagine those sockets require a bunch of screws. And the "socket" is more of a shallow plastic clamp only to close both poles on each end to try and hold them into place....yeah...see where im going with this?......the clamp is a poor design choice. The poles dont lock with each other either, so all you have is a cheap bendy clamp with two screw holes at the top. The poles constantly pop back out when trying together and shallow screws pop and roll everywhere (now I know why it came with pouch of extra ones). You need two people to put it together, otherwise prepare for a frustrating time. But wait - there's more! The clamps dont fully close tight enough to hold the poles together, no matter how tight the scews. During use, the top part popped out. Also, what a concerning idea for the electrical wire to be the only thing holding the thing together when in "foldable" form and spending all that time trying to put it together with it popping out and swinging around everywhere??? I can only imagine the stress and wear all that weight puts on the contacts and question the durability of the contraption.Yeah, so it popped out during use. I inspected and found thee clamp failed. Also, another clamp for the bottom section had cime partially undone. That would have been real bad if the lower pole would have popped out during use and swung toward me shredding my ankles. I tried to put it back together but it was a frustrating effort, gave up for now. I dont recommend this due to its aweful design and poor craftmanship. At best, one would have to weld the poles together or use lots of really strong tape or other creative un-ideal alternative. But that wouldnt solve the problem of the spool not feeding out more wire. When it did worl, for just a few minutes, it was nice, but seems I'll just have to go back to my corded one. What a shame.OH and it came with a big insert with the instructions begging not to return it. Hahahah, "What? Is it that bad?" was my initial thought. But after my experience with it? "Yup!"1 star because using a cheap plastic clamp to compress around two poles an object with heavy, spinning motorized shredding device at the end, ultimately dangling by its electrical wire like a ball and chain, is poorly thought out and risky to the user. Couldnt they have just drilled some holes in it to screw in and have a backup like having them snap together?
