Awesome
Ok so professional groomer here, I do big big dogs in the first photo is a full size Bernadoodle she is one of my biggest doodles and the bar goes lot higher then I need for her I could maybe put a wolfhound up there, maybe that might be stretching it a bit 😅 but my point is it goes up a lot, this thing has kinda cheap feeling clamps that hold to the table, but they hold I don’t know for how long I have had this about a month and a half or so and they have come loose on me a few times , also there is nothing to hold the top parts together so if your table is longer then mine they may slip out on their own, which would definitely be a safety issue for you and the dog so if they would make some kind of clamp or something to hold the top bars together the extension and the other two sides together I think that that would be the best improvements they could make, as well as upgrading the clamps, but all in all I am so happy with this thing there are three loops in the middle to hold the dog to the right to the left or to the center if it is hugging the front pole like some dogs definitely do when you’re trying to groom around its head, you can always hook it to the middle loop on top and then it can’t put their head to the bar. that’s cause that’s extremely annoying so I love that feature and I love that it’s got two on each side took the dog to. I still use my groomers helper just because I don’t wanna use a whole Nother lead or fashion something you know it’s just easier and because I have one so the only other thing I would say is that when it does go down all the way, if you had something like a small Chihuahua or a small Yorky it’s gonna be still too tall for them if that makes sense you’ll need to hook them to one of the side loops because it’ll still be too tall to comfortably hook the lead to the top but these are minor things as far as I’m concerned I write a lot of reviews for a lot of different ones and I wanted a bar that I could do big big dogs and the bar itself seem sturdy. I’m overall like just super happy with this bar like I would buy 10 more you can easily replace the clamps down the road for this price point. You really can’t ask for a better bar. oh one more thing to add is if you have a big dog like a Newfie or a St Bernard or some thing that’s going to fight you for everything I would not use this bar it’s not safe, but if you have a lab and you can actually like him him up like his head to one in his waist the other, I do believe this bar would hold even if he was thrashing a little bit. Anyway, I hope this helps any other fellow groomers. If you read all of it I think I touched on every everything I needed to know everything I wanted to know before I bought it I’ll update down the road if it falls through.

Worth it!
I’ve been providing scissor cuts for my dogs since I was a teen, they are always a chore. I don’t want to pay 50 bucks to the groomer but I also don’t care for the hassle. Usually I can sort of get his back and neck in one go but his undercarriage suffers. Little hairs coming together to form stringy dreads in all of his wiggle spots. So— the other day while petting him and contemplating his dreaded fringe I thought about what a grooming setup might look like. I looked at a couple of the tabletop models that could be applied to my own table. Price-wise I like the flipping one arm model, but decided that it seemed flimsy as the corgi shown using the apparatus was sitting and bending the arm over. My dog isn’t big but I needed for this to work. I decided for the slightly more expensive two attachment overhead model.I just received the equipment this afternoon. I attached it easily to the small foldable table I already have. I see another user also used this kind of table. I got mine from Walmart for cheap. I didn’t have a rubber mat to put under his feet to prevent slipping, so I used a small blanket for today. I’m thinking an inexpensive rubber bathmat might work. The bar assembly is pretty sturdy and big so it can handle dogs larger than mine. The lanyards they provided are very small though and although work great for my dog would be too small for one much larger. The whole thing is easy and intuitive in putting together. It took about 15 minutes from getting it out of the box to having it dog ready. One thing I think it could use, and I will be buying for it, is two quick release cutter pins to hold the crossbar in place. I was able to use two of the loop screws to the same effect by removing them from the sides to hold the crossbar in place. Adjusting the height of the bar was easy.Cutting my dogs coat was so easy it ridiculous. He stood and let me clip him, no wiggling or struggling. I, of course, plied him with some treats along the way and plenty of praise. Why I didn’t go this route years ago???Pros— For my size of dog; it’s sturdy, easy to put together, over large but adjustable, easy to store, and the price is nice. Took me about 45 minutes to easily groom my dog.Cons— For a larger dog, of which it’s easily sized, the two lanyards provided are way too small. Also the crossbar needs easy attachments to hold it secure, cutter pins or bolt with a fly nut... something easy to place and remove for quick assembly and disassembly.Ultimately, this is easily one of my best purchases I’ve made. Should have done it sooner. Groomers do a fantastic job, but $100+ For 2 dogs each month is pretty pricey for me. I don’t do a fantastic groomer job but today was the easiest, fastest, and best cut I’ve ever done for my dog. Well worth it.

Very Sturdy
I wasn't expecting it to be as sturdy as it is. I have a 110lb dig and it works great with him. I needed something tall enough for him and to keep him from trying to turn around. Very happy with this.

Fits the table
Fits the table by same maker and works well.Wish it was sold as a set.

Dog still pivots
When the top bar is extended for a 36" wide table, clip holes for are not far enough apart to accommodate head and back leg nooses keeping the dog still. Not designed well for my 65 lb dog.

Works well.
The concept is fantastic & easy to assemble. I would like a bigger attachment to the table (though the ones they use are standard size for grooming arms) and I am thinking of reinforcing the tabletop with some metal plates as I have very large dogs and they can put quite a bit of sway into the system when they're being silly. However the right accessories are mandatory for making full use of the bar. Luckily it comes with two nice grooming loops. I added a clip to one so that I can anchor the front end of the young dog so she can't quietly stand there and eat the loop. For hind end control I made a 3-way belly band (the third strap attaches to the rear post) with that and the grooming loop I was able to keep the wiggling youngster (who really wanted me to forget to brush out her rear) upright without stress and I was able to support the old dog who can't stand up and balance for long enabling me to groom both of them out in less time and with no strain on my back or strained nerves dealing with an uncooperative youngster. (Training can take place when I have time and patience and she doesn't have assorted dead grass in her hair!)In my experience there was no problem getting them on and off the table or grooming around the posts. It was easy to assist the old dog and the youngster jumps on and off as a game. Two posts don't get in the way at all.
