TENS/EMS Digital Combo 100mA Electrical Stimulation Model (BAL9001) with Accessories and 5 Therapy Modes for Pain Relief and Muscle Stimulation (OTC)

I bought one with a bunch of presets, assuming that they'd be materially different and would work on different body parts differently. That turned out NOT to be true. All the presets are just that preset variations with not material difference. I returned it.I bought the Balego. It's better. I can set it to be stronger, weaker, and in other ways that allow me to put the electrical stimulation the way I THINK it feels/works better. That's a positive.I haven't found a way to control the stimulation to cycle between lower intensity to higher intensity and back and forth. Think a sine curve, that's what I'm looking for. As far as I know, it won't do this.Also, like just about all manufacturers who provide a case, they're never clever enough to make the case big enough to hold not just everything that come with the item/tool/device initially, but extras -- in this case, room for more pads. There simply isn't any. So you'll have to keep those "extras" in something else. Not smart. Not helpful.The pads they supply seem to be good. They stick well, and so far have lasted through multiple uses. Just be sure you don't have cream/lotion/grease of some kind on the body part where you'll use it.The pads are relatively expensive, and don't get any better reviews -- as far as I can tell -- than other manufacturers' pads, which can be half the price.I tried multiple times to contact Balego on their website, explaining everything I've mentioned above (and asking them for an explanation as to why their pads are so much more expensive than other brand name manufacturers' pads). I did this on their website's contact form. I've tried to send it at least twice, but I'm not convinced it went through. Either it didn't go through -- in which, shame on them for having a non-working contact form, or it went through and they've simply ignored me. Both possibilities are annoying and frustrating.And why can't they have an ordinary EMAIL ADDRESS to contact them? That'd be simple. That'd be customer-friendly.

All the programs are a zapping pulse of different degrees. Doesn't have multiple electric therapy. Doesn't have massage programs. I bought this so cover-up the back pain so I could move. Bought for cheaper price, used same pads that my others do, and has "Continuous"; you get what you pay for. Something is better than nothing and the constant back pain. I will have to switch out with my other tends units from time to time to get the necessary pain relief. As far as Complication to use: Better than my other 2. Must read directions First!, Easy to catch on to how to operate. Much easier than my Physical Therapy EMS Unit, and not as annoying as my 15 min until. I can hook on to my shirt or bra and wear all day, if need. I like the simple operation.

This is a really good TENS & I bought this one for its continuous setting. Be careful though because despite the cover that goes over the dials, it can open unexpectedly & if you hit the controls accidentally you will receive quite an unpleasant blast & so if you happen to use it on a very sensitive area, like your face......hmmm...not good! Other than that, this one compares to one I had through a doctors prescription many, many years ago & it cost over $500. No kidding. With new technology they can make them much less expensive! I like this unit & as far as pain relief & easing of sore muscles, its a fantastic device & great substitute for otc pain relievers.

I ordered this product and to be honest did not read all of the technical information I should have read. I received my machine and upon reading the enclosed instructions realized that this was more for an advanced application. This model is what Chiropractor's order. So, i contacted Amazon and the product was returned and I am waiting on my money to be refunded. Amazon has a great return policy and it is very easy for a customer to return a product.

I got two of these so we can carry them on trips. This thing is great for releaving pain wherever you have it. My wife has used one for years so I got me one as well. You will really love this thing when you start using it. You will wonder why you haven't gotten one before.

This is a good product and does what it claims to. Easy to use.
