Works well, heats up too long
It works well. Can be set for up to 8 hrs. Gives deeper heat than regular heating pads. The only minus is it takes about 10 min to warm up, which is much longer than my other jade and tourmaline heating pads.

UPDATE! Seller reached out to me and refunded me for the non-working pad and is sending a replacement…updating review to 5 stars and I’ll confirm original review once I get the new pad.UPDATE! I originally gave this a 5 star review (below), but I’ve had it one week and it has completely stopped working! Sending back now.I purchased 4 jade infrared heating pads and this one took the overall (I’m keeping) award for several reasons. It’s attractive. The pad heated more quickly than the other 3 contenders. The controller was easy to use and the display was easy to read. The pad maintains its heat and the exposed jade pieces create a nice massage feeling (the other pads had mesh over them). Comes with a nice carrying case. It was slightly more expensive than the other three, but only $10 from my second choice. Worth the $10!
