That the product works correctly
The product did not work the way it says it will. The idea of using this product is to be able to use on 100% cotton. I watched all the videos as recommended and read the information given before attempting my first project. I am very unhappy and would not recommend it. Asked to return it was told by email from the seller they do a 10.00 restocking fee (Handling Fee) and if its open they do not take it back.Nope, Ill eat it, but BEWARE IT DOES NOT WORK LIKE THEY SAY IT DOES.

But if a learning curve but after you figure it out it works like a dream. Helpful hint have a hair dryer handy for spraying finial coat. Image will bleed bad if not. On the plus side the customer service is like no other. She will talk with you and step you through things. Nice woman

Didn’t work as well as I was hoping it would but better than not using anything I guess. A bit pricey.

Expensive and faded after first wash.
Wish we looked into it a bit more. Didn’t work as well as expected but we gave it a try. Sublimation ended up fading after 1 wash. Pretty expensive for what it is.

Awesome product!
Very easy to use and makes sublimating on cotton tshirts easy and effective. I don't have to worry about looking for 100% polyester shirts.
