Joie Warner's No-Cook Pasta Sauces Paperback – May 1, 1998

Many years ago we received this cookbook and we used it and loved it so that it became worn out so I was thrilled to find this copy and repurchase it. A great cookbook for pandemics, beginners, and those who love pasta. A staple for sure.

Variety of easy to make, yummy recipes. My go to cook book. I use at least once a week.

My wife purchased this for our daughter's new apartment. She originally purchased hers after hearing about it from her sister. The recipes are quick and tasty. The no-cook means that you use the heat from boiling the pasta to cook your sauce. We highly recommend it.

Great collection of delicious recipes! This book is so good I ordered one for my sister! We both made the tomato and mozzarella sauce as soon as we got it. Yum!

I've only tried one recipe so far, but it was excellent, and I can hardly wait to prepare more. the dish ends up being warmish, not hot, which was fine with me. But my husband likes hot, so he just popped his in the microwave for about 30 seconds and then he was happy.

absolutely great... not only for "non-cooks" like me.... but just a wonderful approach for anyone who enjoys simple, uncomplicated and time saving cooking (without sacrificing quality) like me!

I lost my original copy of this cook book in a house fire and was glad I could find it again. It is one of my favorite "what's for dinner tonight" resources.
