I rarely write reviews -- and it annoys me when companies ask/badger/harass me to do so. BUT -- I have to say: THIS THING WORKS!I suffer from earwax... and tried everything on my own to get rid of it -- drops (of course), that bulb thing they sell at the drugstore, etc etc. It was really bothering me -- AND affecting my ability to hear properly. I started cruising Amazon and came across this thing -- and you know what? It works!It took a day or so. Charged the device. Used drops overnight, and used it in the morning. A huge GUNK came out of my left ear (sorry!). Used drops overnight again, in the morning... used again -- a big morass came out of my right ear. Did each ear maybe 2-3 times w warmish water, and now my ears are absolutely cleared.I imagine this might be good for children or elderly (with assist), because that way -- they don't need doctor visit.I'll do this once a month (or so). Hope this helps someone.

I recently went to a pool and afterward I noticed what felt like a build up of wax and pressure near the side of my face. I would sleep and wake up and it would be clogged. I was excited to try this. I hate qtips and know they're no good anyways. I have had my ears flushed at the doctor and it was painful and made me dizzy. This was nothing like that. Easy to set up, and I started slow. Went to normal and after that, I felt relief. I'll spare the disgusting photo, but a huge piece of hard wax was out. I was amazed. It felt so great and I could actually hear again! Great product!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I used a camera ear pick and cleaned both ears. I used this product on 1 ear for a week then the pick again. The ear this cleaned was almost perfectly clean while the other was not. This item is well worht the money, 90 seconds a day to keep both ears almost spotless.

Functionality is fine. I think the stream it sprays could be a little stronger, but maybe because it didn't wash anything from my ears. I'll continue to use it, but apparently my ears weren't that dirty! :)

This thing is great. Not sure how well it does with large blockages but the gentle warm spray breaks up the ear wax and cleans the ear out. it's awesome, those of you who smoke will probably want a cigarette afterwords.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:i read about the Voltic ear wax remover, and it got good reviews overall. The Heat Dot basically is the same thing, at a lesser price point, and also got good reviews.

Great value for the money. Great quality product.very easy to use and it worked well.

Unable to charge unit. Charger not included to keep price lower. Tried 3 different chargers when none were able to seeming to charge unit. Blue lights would blink while charging but never turned green to indicate unit was ready to use, lights remained solid blue. Tried to use unit, even though lights were blue, but would not turn on. As experiment intentionally put water hotter than recommended, but lights did not turn red as instructions said it would.
