This supplement contains a substantial amount of Biotin, 10,000mcg and a host of vitamin C, and hyaluronic acid: Codeage hair growth + smooth skin max vitamins, though for only 30-days, it’s next to impossible to truly tell if I’ve my hair has grown thicker. The cost of $70 is very expensive, IMO as well. The fact they did all of this with one capsule is a plus, easy consumption. Ultimately, time will tell if one decides to take this for a longer period of time.
