Little workhorse!
I recently revamped my home workstation, but having 2 monitors connected to a laptop that's nearly 5 years old was proving to be a somewhat inefficient setup, so I started shopping around for mini PCs. I initially had a different model from Beelink in my cart and happened to see this one in the recommended products right at the last minute; the specs were too good to pass up and I went ahead and spent the extra money. Setup was simple and fast. I like that it came with Windows 11 by default but that it was kind of a bare-bones installation without a lot of extra Microsoft bloatware. I've got one of my monitors connected via the HDMI port and the other connected via a HDMI/USB-C DisplayLink adapter; at first, the PC wasn't recognizing this monitor for some reason, but after restarting it to allow some other settings to take effect, the DisplayLink works just fine. I'm glad to have 4 USB ports as well. In terms of performance, everything is very fast and smooth; apps launch quickly and run well thanks to those 32 GB of RAM. I use my home workstation for working from home part time, which includes a remote connection to my office computer and a variety of Zoom/Teams calls and meetings, and this PC handles all of that well. I did have a little bit of an issue getting the new version of Teams installed, but that was more of a Windows 11 problem than a problem with this actual PC. One of the other reasons I opted for this model with more processing power and RAM is because I also do a fair bit of graphic design and am often handling large Photoshop files that my laptop sometimes struggled with, and so far they've all been a piece of cake for this little guy. I can't really speak to its performance with games (I'm a console gal), but I haven't had any issues with ordinary video streaming. It's also a very quiet little machine; I do have it mounted under my standing desk so that might kind of muffle any noise it's making, but I rarely even notice it making noise at all.Very pleased so far.

Amazing Capabilities for the price
This computer setup is very powerful and easy to use. It arrived on time and was easy to set. Will definitely do business with this seller again in the future.

Buy a Dell micro instead....
What a monumental mistake! I opened the case right away and put a sata ssd in the machine. The ribbon cable connecting the sata ssd came loose on one end, so I just pushed it back into the seat and closed the case. I didn't need the drive right away and didn't give it further thought until recently. That was the mistake. By the time I found out that the bios doesn't register the sata ssd, it was too late; out of warranty. I have taken it apart and properly connected and reconnected the cable ad infinitum and nothing. Now I have a machine that is out of warranty and cannot add an ssd because there is something very faulty. The ribbon cable and connectors are horrible quality. I just wish I had tested it right away and returned it. This is not reilable hardware. I bought a Dell micro, slightly larger footprint, but reliable and good quality components. Don't waste you money and time. The machine works okay with the nvme drive but I cannot expand it with a sata ssd as intended. I recommend you buy something else; anything else but Beelink.Update: It took forever, and after customer service could be of no help whatsoever, what I exptected since it was out of warranty. They handed me off to their parts people and I made my best guess that the ribbon cable connecting the 2.5 inch drive bay connector to the motherboard was the problem.I ordered the ribbon cable, but they sent the drive connector bracket instead. I wrote, sent of photo of what I got and asked for the cable. Eventually, and it wasn't that easy, I got the ribbon cable and my guess was correct; problem solved, the cost was reasonable since I made the repair, and I am happy to have the machine function as intended, but I'd still go with sturdier hardware that has an established supply chain, convenient and easy to access.Nice little computer, but I replaced it with a Dell Optiplex 7050 refurbished (pay attention to seller rating) for way less money, slightly larger footprint but sturdier and great parts availability to adapt and bring fully up to speed.

Excellent but Bluetooth keyboard issues at first
excellent machine. compact form factor. had issues getting my Logitech MX keys mini keyboard recognized in Bluetooth.... I tried everything and it just would not get recognized in the system. a big problem when you're first trying to sit up the computer and if they type in yext fields doing setup. I had to hook up a USB wired keyboard to get through the setup process. then I went and bought a new Bluetooth keyboard and this one was recognized during Bluetooth search and pairing.surprisingly this little box has never gotten hot yet not even hint of being warm. the two USB ports in the back are really in tight quarters that can make it difficult to take one USB dongle out while both ports are being used. everything else is positive and this thing's pretty speedy and absolutely crushes they file transfer speed that I used to experience on my older PC. make sure you take notice: there is no VGA port for a monitor on this box. I had to hook up my monitor via USB but it's working just fine. overall a great purchase at a reasonable price for this much power and RAM.

Next generation power, itty bitty living space
This is my new daily driver replacing a 2016 i7-6700k homebuild in a massive case. This machine is SO fast and SO quiet and SO small that it feels like a much more fundamental upgrade, like a computer from the future. Mini PCs are the future of desktops and Beelink is one of the leading brands. You pretty much can't go wrong.
