Kinda hard to hold. Probably because it’s thin. But it does a great job and my feels are so much smoother. Easy to clean, I just use a little Dawn dish soap (the blue kind) and a toothbrush to scrub it down and then let it air dry. I would for sure recommend this product to others.

Literally tried everything from the cheese grater to the spinny one that files away your foot gunk. This is THEE best one I have ever owned. I haven't had anything work so well on the first use, and they've stayed soft since. I used it right out of the shower and it worked amazing, wish I would have found this product years ago! Going to buy more as gifts, and if my relatives think I'm crazy at least they will have soft feet to thank me for! Highly recommend.

I acquired some type of foot fungus during a long trip through Asia. I noticed that the skin on my toes and feet has been getting thicker and harder. I let it go too long before trying to amend the problem. I used a metal file from Revlon that works well at removing large volumes of hard, dead, dry skin. I saw the positive reviews for this product so I gave it a try. I like how this file leaves the skin feeling so smooth, and so for normal people this glass file will be great (5 stars) with regular use.For problems like mine, a more abrasive tool is needed to cut through hard, thick skin that is almost like plastic. One thing I don't like is that this glass file gets quickly caked with dead skin and needs to be washed-off, whereas with the Revlon tool the dead skin flies off into a wastebasket or onto the floor. This glass tool needs to be used more frequently or for longer periods to remove the same amount of dead skin as the Revlon tool.Yes, I know I need to go see a dermatologist.

for several years i used wooden scrapers they are less expensive though but you can use them for a couple of times only, you have to buy them again and again, thus glass scraper will save you from the hassle of buying wooden scrapers for as often as you want to do away with your calluses. i have already used it and it worked wonders for my troubled feet. another great product from bonafide beauty. kudos to bonafide beauty and thanks amazon!

I read about this product in a magazine, and was really skeptical about the rave reviews. Having used numerous tools in the past for home pedicures, I was delighted to find this tool works wonders. It really smooths out the soles of my feet without being abrasive. It's easy to use and effective.

Absolutely the BEST pedi file I've ever used! I've tried NUMEROUS different foot files - including Dr Scholes, Ped Egg, all the name brand and advertised files - and have never found one to compare with this ONE! Just wash with mild soap and water, and it's like NEW again! The down side is that the first time I used it, I dropped it on my tile floor and broke the handle off. It was a clean break and didn't send shards everywhere though. It was still usable because it didn't affect the actual "file" portion. Nevertheless, I ordered a second one simply because the handle portion was broken off. I definitely recommend this file if you enjoy having baby - soft feet!

This works perfect. Only issue is that is can be a little hard to easily clean off and dry. I bought a cheap toothbrush and air dry it. It pulls the xloth off of towels and collects nail dust and skin pretty easily and comes off hard.

Amazing, wouldn't be without this! So easy to use & clean, just run it under the tap.

Takes dead skin away after shower and drying. I found I could rinse under the tap and dry after use, and replace in the plastic sleeve.
