Q: does it come with hd cages or do i need to order some?

It comes with four hard 3.5" drive cages, which can be installed in the bottom left (looking through the window) where you would otherwise install a 2nd PSU or the dual mITX MB. These cages can hold a 2.5" drive without any adapters. There's also three 2.5" SSD slots behind the motherboard. On top of this, you can purchase and install up to eight more 3.5" cages along the side. Each pair of which takes up the plastic side squares that hold 2 2.5" SSDs (sorta it's pretty flimsy and I'd use the cage anyway), or a fan; unless you put a giant radiator there then no drives. With some mounting tape you can probably fit a few additional cages in somewhere.

Q: does this product come with all the fans?

It does NOT come with fans. However, you can buy a 5 pack of Arctic p12 (120mm) or p14 (140mm) fans for about $35. They perform as well as Noctua fans for 1/5 of the price.

Q: It looks like it has a cut-out for a 5.25" drive- can you actually install one?

The Enthoo Pro 2 doesn't have any 5-1/4 bays. However, the Enthoo Pro case has 5-1/4 drive bays, and I think it's actually a nicer case than the Enthoo 2.
