Q: I just received this digital timer in white. Is it supposed to stay on constantly? There is no “off” button and I was not able to turn it off

My stays on constantly, but it stays in the shower so no biggie for me. You can turn it to clock setting so its battery isn’t totally wasted.

Q: How is it supposed to mount in the shower?

There is a magnet on the back of the main unit. It can be installed near the shower head if it is a wall where a magnet can reach.

Q: Can the alarm volume be louder?

I just got it few hours ago. I have to pick up 1AAA BATTERY. I’m deaf and only use the shaker.
