As expected from a second hand book - quite used beforehand but a bit roughly
I was ready for some pen and pencil marks here and there in the book - it was mentioned too in the description. But, what shocked me were pen marks on the questions such that it is hard to decipher the same. Else, there are no torn pages, and overall the book is manageable, hence giving 2 stars.
