Nicely made
The engraving was beautifully done. It is in metal so it should last very long. The only issue was the buckle/strap which held the tag. I travel 20 days out of a month, so I needed a durable tag holder. It unbuckled/fell after the second trip. After a month, it was no longer on my bag. It fell off at an airport, so I find myself having to order another tag. This time, I’ll likely use a different holder, not the one that came with the tag. Again, the tag itself is well made.

Item is misrepresented. Don't buy from this company.
In one place this company uses the word "sublimated," which I looked up and it just means printed. In another place of the same offer it says "Custom Engraved Brass Luggage Tag and Thick Durable Engraved Brass" This is a horrible quality piece that is printed (hardly a good idea for a luggage tag) and is NOT ENGRAVED.

Well printed
The tag has a nice dark print and made of metal. We use it on my mother's convertible wheelchair as she is in a public facility, but the strap is too short. I will have to get a longer one so it can be seen better.
