I bought these to replace an insole which was too thick. I wear shoes that mimic barefoot feeling. The insoles that came with my shoes was too thick and the shoes a little tight but I could feel the stitching on the soles without insoles. These are a perfect replacement

A very thin cork and fabric insole, easy to cut to size. Very flimsy, provide no support, 'But', that may be what you need. I don't know if they will withstand washing.If they are still alive in six months, I will update this.It's 3 months later, and they are ready for the bin. There Are 3 layers, the top layer is disintegrating, and a very thin layer can be seen flapping about. Very poor. Rating down from 3*, to 1 *

Perfect for my new trainers which were just 0.5 size too big, without disrupting the feel of the shoe. I was searching specifically for a thin zero-drop insole, as I have recently wanted to try more barefoot-style shoes. This insole was perfect for that purpose, and also served as no support, which is exactly the point in barefoot shoes, but is not the point of more 'conventional' shoes. I would caution anyone looking for more support from their insoles, but for a barefoot or thin desired insole, this does the job perfectly.I measured up by taking out my trainer's existing barefoot sole, and tracing around the outside onto the new insole with a pencil. I cut out the size with a hobby knife with extra room around the outside so I could adjust if needed - I am glad I left the excess wiggle room. I continued to cut off thin slivers of the insole until they fit my trainers perfectly. A word of warning, if you want to use these insoles in wide toebox shoes, as I did, I doubt the width will be sufficient enough for anything larger than a UK 4.5. My trainers are a UK 4.5 and the width required in the toebox area was barely the right size for these insoles. Any larger shoe would have been too wide to fit this insole edge to edge.Overall, really pleased with the purchase for my specific needs.

Even without cutting them, they are not wide enough for my barefoot shoes from one of the main brands.

These left massive black ink prints all over my shoes. They kept peeling up so I was just trying to flatten them again (even though I had cut them perfectly to fit)… and that’s when I lifted them out and realised after only two wears, they had destroyed the inside of my trainers.

Perfect depth to help me make my shoes slightly more snug. Cork is great. Easy to cut and fit into my shoes. Will be buying more.

Die Einlagen könnten dicker sein die sind echt dünn leider. Aber ansonsten echt gut würde ich Eder Zeit weiter entpfehlen
