Ziema Sports Vertical Climber Exercise Climbing Machine Folding Step Climber Cardio Stair Step

This was the worst experience ever. The Vertical Cimber got to my home two weeks late. When it did arrive, I had forgotten that I even ordered it. Worst of all, none of the parts were labeled with letters for proper and easy assembly. It took my husband one hour to put all the pieces together and figure out where each piece belonged. Also, the pedals get stuck when you use the bike, which is pretty annoying. This product/company is the worst and doesn't deserve not even one star, at least from my part. The only reason why I put one star is because It's required for this review.
