Q: Is this cable flexible enough to use as a headphone cable?

I am not sure of your application... as another post mentioned, this cable while moderately flexible is somewhat heavy and may not be appropriate for your phones (especially if they are "small or light"). Another post mentioned the cable 'stays bent', that is not my experience - though I suppose it would be possible to kink the braided covering. That said it would be possible to use it as an extension for set of phones (with proper adapters and/or couplers). We use ours to send audio from a mixer (1/4" out) to a laptop (1/8" in).
