I knew it was plastic beforehand, but I didn't realize how flimsy the plastic was! It flexes and bends with little effort. The pull-up knob on top wobbles left and right. The screw inside to attach to your plumbing is also plastic. Typically you fill your bath with very hot water and I don't like the idea of boiling hot water running through plastic. You might not care, but I do.

Plastic but good for certain designs
I’m a plumber who installed it in my own home. It’s okay, it’s all plastic and cheaply made. It’s works though! The pressure isn’t very strong either with the built in screen they have. I’ll probably take it out eventually. For being cheap and plastic it’s great but not for high end finishes
