Mr.Shield [3-PACK] Designed For Google (Pixel 3 XL) 2018 [Tempered Glass] Screen Protector with Lifetime Replacement

I've used a lot of screen protectors since the days of the PalmPilot. These are the best I've found.They provide outstanding instructions and all of the necessary accessories for making a perfect installation. However, you must exercise care to assure the protector is properly centered and to adhere it slowly starting at one edge to move all the bubbles out.Their instructions show how to create a hinge from the provided stick-on tabs, so once the protector is centered, the tabs are stuck down, and the hinge allows it to re-center perfectly later in the installation.My Pixel's screen has slightly rounded edges, and the screen protector is glass, so there is a tiny gap at the very edge that is not objectionable at all, and it must be centered. Plastic screen protectors will wrap around the rounded edges, but the glass has better clarity and doesn't scratch. My experience is that if it hangs over the tiny rounded edge, it won't adhere there, and it eventually starts to lift a little along that edge.They provide three or four in the package. I've frequently messed up one before getting it on perfectly. However, this is my fourth phone with these protectors, and I've not had any problems during two to four years of use after installation, so I haven't needed the other provided protectors.

Pixel 3xl perfect fit...nice kit to apply vs others I've used

PROs: The installation video is quick and installation is easy. Provides great coverage of the screen and does not interfere with the case that I purchased. Price is great, quantity in this pack should last me the length of time that I hold on to a phone and the quality is well beyond what I anticipated to receive. Well worth the money paid. CONs: The tool that was sent in the package is not very useful. It is made out of cardstock like material. I would have paid an additional 25 cents for a piece of plastic to work the air bubbles out. Fortunately, I like to cook so one of my rubber spatulas came in handy. I would definitely purchase this item again. I don't intend on pushing the phone to the limit, but I am curious how well the warranty works with the replacements.

So I've bought all kinds of screen protectors for all kinds of devices.. They all kinda work, do the same basic function, but NOT ALL ARE CREATED EQUAL. That being said, this kit came with 3 protectors (individually wrapped in protective Styrofoam), 3 sticker strips (to clean dust off screen before application), alcohol pads (that weren't DRIED OUT), and decent instructions that don't take a rocket scientist to understand. The first application the first time looked fantastic (must've gotten lucky).. I dropped my phone face down on concrete and the original protector cracked in a few places. I peeled it off and my screen was pristine. I applied the second one and VOILA! Easy application, quality results (for the second time). If for some reason you can't get these on correctly, you are out of luck. These are easy.

Fast delivery good condition when it arrived

Like others, I got the halo around the edge, hence the 3 star rating. I've put glass protectors on other phones and haven't had this issue. However, since I was expecting that this could be an issue, I'm not totally bashing it. It seems to be more of an issue with the curved edge design of the Pixel 3XL. Unless they can design a curved glass or make the protector even smaller, I don't know what really can be done. If it were a curved glass protector, you'd have to be very, very precise on installation. If it were smaller, then that would create its own issues. When the phone is on, the halo isn't really noticeable, so I can live with it. The fact is this is a glass protector and it is going to save my screen from a catastrophic drop, so I'm happy. It is smooth and responsive, unlike some with softer materials. It also has adhesive on the whole surface and it is as clear as can be. Finally, the price makes them a great value.

The screen protector (Pixel 3 XL) fit with the spigen tough armor case, and there was still a small lip left from the case to protect the screen when it is placed face down on a table. I found it easier to place the screen protector with the screen on to see exactly where the actual display is because the cutting of the protector is exact. The screen still feels nice and responsive to touch. Couldn't completely remove the air from the left side of the protector, it keeps coming back after being pressed out. The screen protector is not coming off however and I am still satisfied with the product. Will update this review once my phone actually falls to let you guys know more about durability, hopefully it doesn't fall anytime soon.

This is my second Mr Shield. My first one, I paid way more for and I dropped it within a week of getting it. It majorly shattered. But...my phone screen was intact. I bought this second one and feel like I have a brand new phone. I had problems with the stickers not sticking for the placement, but I've done it before so wasn't a deal breaker for me. It saved my Google 3xl before, so I'm trusting Mr Shield again.
