Last year they have recall and now it’s a poor quality broken bat plus worst customer service .
It might be broken in less than 2 months like the one we have. Good product but very very terrible quality control. Why...it is little league monopoly brand and terrible customer warranty service. Not to mentioned last year was a recall. They expect kids to wait 14 days for their replacement during the baseball season and if you are not ok to wait for 14 days the lady Michelle Butler warranty support would just hang up on you. They really think they dominate the little league and could care less they design a bat got recalled or send you one with poor quality. If your kids ever complaint about the sudden weird vibration means it is going to break soon. They have almost no quality control and the weak spot in the handle causing the vibration. No way a 12 years old can possible break the fiber glass, they have to be in such poor quality to have this happened. Need to introduce a better company so we don’t have to buy another Easton bat.

Bat breaks easily
This bad was less than two months old and snapped in half, not worth the headache. Now trying to deal with the Easton warranty and it’s a back and forth game, meaning they aren’t sure they will cover this bat.

Stings. Batting average decreased using this bat. Wet newspaper. Dud.
