I am a resident of SC and just love this sauce. I use it on my chicken wings and ribs. Today I got some ribs to go from a bbq place and they asked me what sauce I wanted and I proudly said I have my own.

I literally seek out things that I can put this on. I cannot be without it. I'm now buying a few at a time because I don't want to be caught without it.It has the perfect balance of a traditional mustard based BBQ sauce but is taken up many notches with the not overly sweetness they sometimes have.Just BUY IT! You'll never go back.

Tastes like mustard and barbeque sauce mixed together, because it is! It's exactly what you imagine it to be. Tastes like someone went 50/50 with standard yellow mustard and original barbeque sauce. Kinda weird, but not bad.The rest of the family thought it was alright, but preferred regular barbrque sauce. I liked it quite well as an addition to standard barbeque sauce, but not as a replacement. It's a good change of pace if you're bored with the "normal" flavour. It's good if you want to dip something in barbeque sauce, but your palate is a bit fatigued after a few bites and you want a change of pace for the next few bites.I'd buy it again.

As a BBQ purist, my opinion is that most commercial BBQ sauces simply exist to help mask the flavor of poorly cooked food.Lilies Carolina Gold is the exception that proves the rule. It’s as good as homemade - frankly I use it in all kinds of applications, from dips to salad dressings and even occasional BBQ, though if you know what you’re doing only pulled pork truly needs sauce. And your pulled pork will be the envy of all your friends and neighbors and anyone else you share it with.

Great South Carolina mustard/ vinegar & sweet BBQ sauce.

I am a professionally trained chef, so it is rare that I purchase any commercially produced sauces/stocks/soups. This is one of those happy exceptions. The Carolina mustard based sauce is spot on when used on chicken (wings in particular). also, amazing as a finishing sauce on baby back pork ribs. this is the gold standard as far as store bought sauces/marinades.

I really like the mustard that rules in this version. Mustard is so good on many meats but especially beef and venison. You get your money's worth with this sauce. After trying the BBQ sauces, now I want to try the rubs. I highly recommend this sauce for anyone who is trying to eliminate sugar but want a delicious BBQ sauce, this is the one for you. I'm hooked and so glad I tried them! Delicious!!
