I have cancer and my bloods showed my neutrophils were way too low to undergo chemo so I started looking for an immune booster. I thought this product would fit the bill because of the mainly positive reviews and the fact it’s plant based. I didn’t do what the info suggested and check with my oncologist before buying it; I assumed it would be okay *so beware ... if you’re in the same situation as me and learn from my mistake *I tried it twice and only used 3/4 of a tablespoon mixed with Greek yogurt, maple syrup and several strawberries. It is unusual tasting but definitely not unpleasant - how can it be with all those good things in it?Anyway, I mentioned it during my last visit and my specialist nurse advised me that chemo medication is also plant based so there could be contra indications. As I’d asked her she is obliged to speak to the pharmacy so she has Inspiriko’s links.I’m waiting for the pharmacy to check it out and get back to me so I haven’t tried it since asking. That’s on me! It’ll get eaten by my husband I’m sure, if the answer is to leave it alone. I really hope it’ll be okay though. I love the idea of helping my gut to feel better, especially after all the meds I’m on.So beware ... I kinda assumed it’d be ok but it may not be. Do as Inspiriko suggest and ask the question first before throwing your money down.Ps ... I’m rating 5* because I love the notion of this product - it tastes palatable and it’s full of good things. It isn’t the product’s fault I bought it before checking it out** Update 21 March 2019: the pharmacy reviewed the info and couldn’t find a reason why I shouldn’t use it. They are leaving it up to me so I will resume use. I would add though, that they checked it against my particular cocktail of medicine. I’d definitely advocate you speak to your own oncologist first!

Taste is great, barely there. It does have a tendency to clump a bit more than other powders I've tried. But, still usable and okay value for money.

I purchased this supplement because I had started to notice that I was feeling tired during the day. I am a busy mum of two, and my youngest doesn't yet sleep through. Thinking it might be my eyes, I went for an eye test, but found my eye sight hadn't changed.I've been taking this supplement less than a week and I have noticed an increase in my energy levels and therefore, I do feel more upbeat in my mood too. I do still feel the tiredness a bit, but not to the same levels as I previously did.It's good to know that by taking this supplement I'm boosting my immunity and benefiting from taking a range of vitamins, etc. I did feel like I was getting a flu bug at the start of the week. My back was a bit achey and I was starting to get a sore throat. I haven't developed any other symptoms and do feel better as the week has gone on.I've tried taking this power in juice, and it was just about bearable, even though you only take small teaspoon-full amount. My preferred way to take it is dissolved I water, with some honey, as suggested on the pack.I'm happy with the results so far and I do feel as though it's benefiting my body.

Have been using this for 3 months now and it has helped me remove those last 5lbs or so to flatten my belly. It probably took nearly a month to see a difference but it is now settled to such a degree that I am more interested in not losing any additional weight.I note other reviews talking and texture and taste but I simply add a single teaspoon to a cheap Activa gut health yoghurt each morning and am not even aware of its presence.

The plus points:Great ingredients and just the combination I was looking for to support weight loss and help assist stomach and support gut health.Perfect mix of soluble and non-soluble fibre.No taste when mixed with other ingredients.Great in smoothies.Negative:Looks and smells terrible.Does not dissolve in water/juice.Settles at the bottom of drinks.Turns drinks a brown colour.Mixed feelings about this but wanted to give it a try due to recommendations and reviews.I bought on offer - would not have at full price and may not purchase again.
