I use LED strips all the time for projects, and custom lighting in my shop. This power supply works great for running long strips. (longer strips dim after a few feet, but thats because of the LEDs NOT the power supply) Just cut the strip and wire them in shorter strips to the front.

Right product for my lights

I had two of these running a single strand led strip each. the power supply came with the led strips. after running for a week one of the light strips began flashing. when I picked up its power supply it was hot enough to burn my hand. the other power supply was uncomfortably hot. I pulled both units out before they cause a fire.

I have an Accurian HD Radio that I lost the A/C brick to. It has a ridiculously high Amp requirement and this adapter fit the bill. Back to enjoying my HD Radio reception.

As fore mentioned I am using this power supply in a LED Strip Lighting project in my kitchen. Love the fact that the power supply is 'Switching' or adaptive which means I can add on additional strips without having to change out my power supply.

I picked up this power supply to go with the led light strip I bought on Amazon a few weeks back. After just a few seconds of putting the two together I had seen perfect success and had my entire room lit up just the way I imagined!
