A little slippery without the adhesives but still good!
When it recently came to my attention that some reviews on major websites can be bought or faked easily, I decided that I needed to do my part in sharing honest feedback about products that I have ordered and actually use, since I rely so heavily on reviews when making purchases online.I think this is a good purchase, and I'm glad I made it. I wanted to keep my keyboard (13" MacBook Air with Touch ID and Retina Display) cleaner, and not let dust slip under the keys as much as possible. I think this does a great job of that! That said, I have not used the adhesives to hold the cover on my keyboard since I'd still like to be able to clean under it every few weeks (because some dust can still get under, just a lot less, which is a win!) without having to replace the adhesives. I often type on my lap with my computer at a bit of a downward angle, and sometimes the cover can slide off. It's not a huge deal, and it is super easy to slide it back on, but it can be a bit inconvenient if I'm in the zone and it distracts me from a paper I am typing or something. However, I imagine that any lightweight cover without adhesives would have this same problem so I'm not too worried about it.I have included photos with the cover all the way on, half on, and all the way off. It does dim the deep black of the keys a little bit, but not too much that I mind it. Honestly, for the price, I don't think it can be beaten. I'm happy with my purchase!

Fits fantastically. Only get the clear version though if you have a light-up Mac keyboard
I prefer these keyboard covers to others because they really fit better and are easy to type on. They hug the sides of the keys and don't slide. They also don't get all oily underneath like the cheap ones. However I ONLY get the clear version for keyboards where the letters light up. (like my macbook) The colorful ones not only don't let the light through properly, but they are hard to read. (see Photos 1 and 2) The light only shines through the letters and the only clear part of the color covers is the letters - so unless they line up perfectly, it doesn't work. With the clear ones it is no problem! Now fair warning - the clear ones are not crystal clear. The keys will not look shiny black. They will look matte and slightly greyed. (See Photo 3) But they are perfectly easy to read. And you can see how much dust and dirt is already on mine after 2 days - it is totally worth it to protect your laptop!!!

Great Match for the Rose Gold
Pro: You would really have to stare at it under extreme bright light to really notice any difference in the color. I love the texture feel to it and no longer have to worry about scratching my laptop with my Apple Watch. As anyone who owns an Apple Watch would know, because where the watch band clips a tiny metal knob is sticking right out so you can not lay your arm on top of your laptop. I am more comfortable now when I am typing or using the computer now.Cons: The only downfall Ive noticed is the mouse pad sticker, the adhesive keeps lifting on the edges.

Nice cover for the price.
Worth the money, it’s literally $6. Many say it’s cheap and thin, yeah I agree but it’s still going strong. I ordered this in sept. 2019 for my MacBook Air Retina display 2019 and it’s Jan. 2021. And it fits, I’ve use it everyday for typing of course and there’s no yellowing or tears. If you don’t clean the keyboard cover it will leave marks on the screen lol which can be cleaned with a wipe. At first I used it without the adhesive stickers, but it will slide off most of the time. So I placed a sticker on the space bar, the right arrow, and the button that has the |/ as shown on the picture attached. I don’t have any problem with it moving around, slipping or falling. I recommend this keyboard cover because it’s cheap, durable, and does not yellow. I’ll say I wash the cover with soapy water like once a month and wipe it with a Clorox wipe each week and it’s still in excellent condition. The adhesive stickers can be easily remove and does not leave a sticky residue on the actual keyboard. For the price, it’s an excellent cover. It does not interfere with your performance of typing, but does make the noisy typing sound less noisy. Which is a win win. :)I’ve been using it for two years and there’s no flaws to it and I did accidentally drop some water on the keyboard and the cover saved it. Buy it! For reference, I bought the transparent one and you can barely tell that my keyboard has a cover.

Might be great for some, but not for me.
It won’t stay in place without using the stickers because it’s too short for the keys. (It just lays on top of the keys and will move around without the stickers.) Personally, I didn’t like this keyboard cover and ordered another one that is taller. I can’t comment on the durability and ease of cleaning as I got rid of it after only a couple of weeks. It also had a different feel from other keyboard cover’s I’ve used; hard to describe, but almost slippery. I’m giving only three stars because I was expecting it to at least be the same size as others, and I feel I wasted my money, since I had to buy a different one.

Good Buy
Only a few days into use but this cover is awesome! It definitely is ultra thin and fits well while still leaving a space for TouchID access. So far it has done well in protecting my keyboard from dust and debris, but I'm interested to see how it holds up even longer. Just make sure you clean your screen regularly as the residue on the keys rest on the screen when closed - but I found this to be true without a cover.

Cheap for what you get
I've had the cover for 2 weeks now and it makes typing a little bit more laborious. Additionally today the center of the keyboard ( U, J, M, K) bubbled up so it's no longer fitting on the keyboard which just makes it look even more attractive. Given the price is cheap, I feel like I got what I paid for, but definitely disappointed it didn't even last a month. It's not as if this was a one time disposable item.

Protection
Buy these when I get a new laptop, good protection for preventing dust and other particles from falling between buttons. They last several years, eventually towards the end you can see warping on the keys used most, but takes several years before seeing the wear.
