While the product currently hardens when exposed to heat during transit, it is still very usable because the hardened powder is not difficult to break up as needed. This is great stuff! It’s not easy to find this type of product and I’m so glad Dr. Boz provides it. It gives me energy when I need it and it does suppress my appetite! I’m trying to fix my insulin resistance and it was suggested that using this a couple of times a day for two weeks will give me a good start. I have been using ketones for a while and love having them in my bag of tricks. The flavor is good too!

Got this because it's got even higher ketones than PuckerUps. I don't like that it's sweet, but it's useful because it will blunt the bitterness of the methylene blue that I also take. It's not too sweet, by the way. It's just that I'm trying to avoid sweetness because I want to avoid anything that will make insulin flow or make me crave something I don't wanna eat.

for ketone production this works. flavor is good too. My only issue is the powder is NOT powder but one big clump. This is my second purchase of this product and the first was the same (thought it was a one-off so when prime deal hit I thought buy another and see if it’s ok). Well it has the silicone packet in it that’s supposed to reduce moisture but the powder is a big clump and when I use a spoon, fork, knife (whatever) to break it apart (the little measuring scoop doesn’t do the job) the powder blows out of the jar and I lose not much, but this stuff is expensive and I can’t afford losing 1/8 teaspoon each time I try to make the mixture in water.

Everything came good and the taste is great

Tried this ketone after doing not so well on another brand. Started with a half dose and my ketones went to 2.6 from .6. Hunger gone. Easier to extend eating window. Ketones higher the next day too! Like the flavor too. It’s on the sweet side but less so than the other one. It did have some solidification but was easy to break up and use. I’ll be purchasing again.Also got the cucumber flavor in packets. Nice for a change. Going to try with fizzy water next to make refreshing summer drink. Overall like raspberry lemonade better. Still amazed at how much my ketones have gone up and that they seem to stay higher for a few days.
