Delicious
We love pasta and it was my daughter in law who introduced me to this product, as I love pasta. This is not heavy, like most pasta. It is similar to angel hair pasta but more delicate and much more palatable and flavorful. Perfect for pesto, light marinara or lightly buttered with shrimp (your favorite chicken or fish) vegetables and yet more healthy and satisfying. It costs a bit more, but well worth it, for those who want to eat more light yet hearty. My family love it!

Yum! Great GF Pasta
This is a great gf pasta and great price. The texture is similar to wheat pasta, and the taste is the same. I don't really notice a difference, and some gf pasta is just gross. My son will eat this without any issues because the texture is comparable to gluten pasta. Def. recommend. We were getting Tikyada brown rice pasta but it's gotten crazy expensive. This price is way better!

Cooks up thick like spaghetti
1.) I was trying to find gluten-free AND organic angel hair pasta on Amazon, instead, the site brought up this, which is just GF, not organic also. Not a problem with the product, obviously, but with Amazon's search.2.) I ordered & received angel hair, however, this cooks up as thick or thicker than spaghetti. If I wanted pasta that was thick like spaghetti, I'd have ordered spaghetti!!3.) Given that this is not only not organic, & the boxes are 1/2 the size of normal pasta (8 oz as opposed to the usual 16 oz), this is a total rip off!!However, the taste is good, if you want spaghetti-like thickness, not angel hair. And you don't mind paying a fortune for non-organic pasta in boxes 1/2 the size that pasta usually comes in.

Why is it that Annie's can make a good elbow macaroni for their mac and cheese
There is no winning with this pasta. It's either crunchy or a total glop. Why is it that Annie's can make a good elbow macaroni for their mac and cheese, but it seems impossible to find a good rice pasta otherwise. The only one that is passable is the lasagna, though that mostly gets so soft that it's like it's not really there. I just wish I hadn't ordered so much of it going by the good reviews. Now I'm stuck using it up. Never ordering it again, that's for sure.

Great Angel Hair option for GF pasta
We were happy to find an "angel hair" version of GF pasta as my husband prefers this style to "spaghetti". Although a box of this is comparable in price to a box of spaghetti, I do find I need to make more - our family of 4 will finish off close to 2 boxes in one meal. The texture and taste are great (I also enjoy Tinkyada Rice pasta and Mrs. Leepers corn pasta). The only other downside is that this pasta really seems to stick to itself once it cools off a bit. It gets difficult to scoop it out of the dish during dinner as it has become one giant ball of pasta. (We can't add the sauce to the pasta in the serving dish since not everyone in the family can have all the other ingredients - we are dealing with more than just GF. Adding sauce may solve this problem for others.)

Delicious gluten free Angel Hair Rice Pasta is the best!
This multi-pak gives me enough pasta for a few months, as I don't make it every week. It is delicious, and great for those who need to restrict themselves to gluten free. It is also Angel Hair rice pasta - angel hair and rice can be so hard to come by in the local grocery store, this makes it readily available on my shelf.

High quality gluten-free pasta
I hadn't had angel hair pasta in ten years when I finally found this product. Some might think it's either overly crunchy or too mushy, but I've never been a fan of al dente pasta and don't mind having to cook it until it's quite soft to find it palatable. Since the package really cooks down, I have to make two boxes for my family of four (two adults and two toddlers). I also recommend rinsing it thoroughly after cooking it.

pasty consistency
I was so excited to find a gluten free angel hair that I immediately put in a bulk order. This allowed me to give this product about ten chances with different cooking and rinsing techniques, various sauces and attempts at patience. It's awful. The rest of the boxes will go to the food bank because obviously some consumers like it. I will stick with Schar and a few other faves that get the consistency and flavor right... and just forego the angel hair.
