The only problem is the lack of a remote control, some size-inclusive front of foot compression in the toe region would be nice, too. Overall, incredible. The bigger problem is that I promise my Mom she could borrow this for her plantar fascitis, and now I don't know if I can loan it to her 'cause I'm not sure I'll get it back.Please note: this is made for people who are very active or experience chronic pain and have a high-sensory tolerance. I'm Autistic, so at first I was ridin' the edge here, but the Hurts So Good compared to before - it's night and day. I really let it grind my feet just at setting one intensity, but with setting three compression - and I know I still have something to look forward to, because it had me meditating into the Akashic records for the intensity of the massage when foot fascia feels like actual rocks being ground (and sounds like that - audibly - as well). (Update: this absolutely resolved at least 90% of my foot issues in record timing)I bought this because I purchased, and repurchased, their Shiatsu back massager - it's paid for itself 11,111X over, at least. I use these items all a few times a day, and please know that if you are in unbearable neuromuscular pain with a tolerance for deep muscle work this may help you. I am not a doctor, just a being trying to heal a wonky meatsuit. This will likely be another item loyalty for me with Zillion, and they'll be my first look for future medical and relaxation massage gear.*****UPDATEI've now had this massager for two and a half years, and it is STILL GOING STRONG with daily use! The a/c cord only recently gave out, but I contacted Zyllion and they promptly helped me! I recommend this massager to anyone who wants a high-quality, effective massage tool for their feet!

It's exactly what I needed.

My wife and I really like this massager. We had tried a different brand and did not like it at all. My feet were the largest size it said that it would handle, but it hurt my feet, and it was not a soothing massage, so we returned it. Then I saw this model with the open toe design and it was rated for feet much larger than mine, so we gave it a try. What a difference! The massaging action is very soothing and it gave me plenty of room for my feet. One aspect we really like is the massaging disk in the middle of each foot has smooth bumps that rotate right up into the arch of your foot. The toe and heel disks have rotating fingers that really work those two areas. The result is a very soothing massage that will make your feet tingle. It has a twenty minute timer that shuts the unit off automatically. Like most units I researched it says it has a gentle heating function, but neither my wife or I could really feel much heat. The reason for this is consumer safety, so I totally understand that. We are very happy with our purchase and I would highly recommend it. It does have one drawback I’ll mention. The power cord is not hard wired into the unit and it constantly pops out of the unit. It is very similar to the power cord you’d have on your laptop computer and it attaches in the same way with a small round plug. So every time you pick up the unit to move it or even if you adjust it for comfort while using it the cord will pop out and you have to reinsert it. Not necessarily a deal breaker, but it is an inconvenience to the user and the company should consider addressing it on future design changes. That’s why I only gave it four stars. Otherwise we are very happy with our purchase and use it every night.

I didn't like this on my feet. Didn't relax me. Didn't feel comfortable. Had to return it.

I invested in this machine because I have nerve damage in both my feet. It is extremely painful and the more I walk the worse it is. This machine is fantastic because it has the moving nodules on the bottom of my feet where it's exactly where the pain is. The heat function also works fantastic. I use this daily sometimes several times and it always helps ease the pain.

The "Zyllion Shiatsu Back Neck Massager - Kneading Massage Pillow" is great and has good reviews and I have purchased several for members of my family and based on this I decided to try this foot massager from this same company however here i was disappointed. The item is reasonably well made but it DOES NOT apply Kneading massage to your feet. It has three discs that rotate -- two of these have pin like projections and one the central one has flatter projections. Also there is inflatable top that presses your feet into these three discs. My family found the massage so so and not as good as that from the more expensive "RENPHO Electric Foot Massager Machine with Remote Control" which is what we replaced this with.Feedback for the maker of this device: (1) have the machine remember settings from previous run. it's a hassle to reconfigure it ever 15 mins. (2) power supply port poorly couples with the L angled power supply you ship this with. create more clearance around where that plugs in. (3) try to do something about the popping corn noise this machine makes when running. the other foot massage machine we replaced this with is nearly silent. (4) consider offering remote control either wireless or wired. Finally thank you for having generous return policy. We love your Kneading Massage Pillows!

While the first unit I received did not work, I emailed the company and they sent me a new unit within 24 hours. It worked just fine and I have been enjoying it each day. I find all the settings comfortable and even prefer the higher settings most of the time. the heat function is very mild and my only wish would be for it to be a little warmer. However, I feel it is very good value for what you get.

My job requires me to stand on my feet for 8 hours a day. By the time I get home, my feet are very sore. After a while, I could not take it anymore so I decided to go shop for a good foot massager. I am so glad I found Zyllion's foot massager because it definitely has helped with my sore feet. I like how there is a heat option and I like how I can adjust the intensity levels. I would definitely recommend this product.
