Worked great for a while then needed service a year in
This unit is supposed to be heavy duty but seems to have the same issue other similar products have. Now after having the product for 1.5 years, there is a really strong plastic burning smell coming from the motor. I would proceed with caution if you are planning to buy this unit.

Exactly what I was looking for
I had been watching this for a while and saw a fairly significant price drop so I had to jump on it. I mainly use it for running. It is one of the most stable-feeling treadmills I've ever used - and the best at-home treadmill I've used. In fairness, I've only owned one other, very cheap treadmill. This treadmill feels like a stationary, non-foldable, gym treadmill. The heart rate monitor is a nice additional feature, as are buttons on the handles for speed and incline. The fans and speakers are also a bonus. None of those features were especially critical for me in purchasing this, but they do sweeten the deal. The only downside is that it is big, heavy, and, though foldable, not very stowable. Getting it setup in my house was a heck of a workout. You must have at least two STRONG people or pay for installation. The motor and tread weighs someting like 150 lbs and is around 5 feet long so it is not easy to move around. My brother and I had to get it down a set of stairs. He is strong as an ox, but was ready to give up by the time we made it to the bottom. Once we got it in place, assembly was easy and took us about an hour.As a consequence of its size, storing is a challenge. The foldability was one of the features that I was looking for, but after the effort involved in setting up, my wife and I agreed to rearrange instead of trying to find a way to stow. I will say, however, that it is easy to fold and the folding makes it easier to clean in and around the treadmill.Overall, a solid purchase. I would highly recommend, provided you have room to keep it in the open and not folded.

Arrived broken, works well after warranty repair
The unit arrived fast, but did not work after assembly. The data cables had crush marks on them out of the box (yeah for chinese manufacturing!). I called Sole and a 2-3 week process began to get parts and a technician out to fix the brand new unit. To their credit, Sole did fix the problem, but I am dismayed that a $1000 treadmill can show up broken. Sole is a US company, but most of the unit is made in China. Someone at Sole needs to get their manufacturing partners in line. After using the unit for ~2 weeks now, we are pretty happy with it. The controls are easy to use and the motor is quite strong. The unit does not make as much noise as other treadmills that I have used. At inclines >5-6, an occaisional squeak can be heard from the belt. I am not sure if this is normal, but it can be annoying. The pulse grips do not seem to work very well either, but this is not a big concern for me.Overall this unit seems like a good value. Sole just needs to work on QA at their chinese partners.

Excellent Treadmill
This is a great treadmill and the reason we purchased this over some other treadmill brands is because of how sturdy it is. When you run, jog, or walk on it the frame doesn't budge! That is a good quality to have in a treadmill because any movement causes your body to be off center when running especially and this is what we do most of the time.I do have to say that when you are standing on the tread and start the treadmill that it sometimes wont move and you will hear it struggling to get started. The low torque on this motor isn't very good but after 2MPH you are fine. Some of the reviews you read are very accurate in the sense that they handles are WAY too low and so are the beverage holders and they are almost useless. This treadmill does have incline and speed controls on the handle bars which is a plus.I recommend this to anyone looking for a top quality frame and good warranty.

Great treadmill for a great price
My wife & I have been looking into treadmills for about a year now and have not found one that we really wanted until we were introduced to the Sole F63. It took about two weeks to get it delivered (which is what we expected). It is a beast though! It weights at least 280 lbs! We had to open the box and take it into our house in pieces as it was just too heavy to carry.Once inside, it took about two hours to set the entire thing up. Setup was fairly quick and straight forward, although a few of the bolts seemed to be a little short.Once we set it up, my wife and I both took turns trying it out. I am 6' 5" 250lbs and I was amazed at how sturdy this treadmill is! It has a great range of options (incline, speed & programs) for me. My only complaints are that the fans flat out suck! I guess they are better than nothing but I do not think they do any good. Secondly, for being 6' 5", I am useto things not fitting me but the little rack below the console is really just a joke. I would have to lay on my belly if I was going to try and get anything out of it (i.e. a water bottle or something).Bottom line is this is a great treadmill and we are very happy we bought it!

If you can get the thing constructed, it's great.
The process of assembling this product was fairly harrowing. The instructions unfortunately fail to tell you when you'll need three or four hands to hold pieces together, or need to shove them into place violently, or otherwise do what's counter-intuitive to accomplish your agonizing task. Particularly if you're a fat slob like myself with the flexibility of a fireplace log.In any case, once you get the thing together it's pretty nice. Variable speeds and inclines, preset programs, and everything else you'd expect from a modern treadmill. The fans are a little weak and only really have two positions: on you at one extreme, and useless otherwise. The built-in speakers are pretty slick, and they include a headphone jumper cable long enough to reach one of the side "pockets". There's no volume control for the speakers, though, like you might expect.
