We have had (and updated) more than four Senseos in the past thirty years, and this one is the best by far - better than the elegant Twist too. Gone are the problems of the ‘pod duck’ not seating properly and water overflowing suddenly. This particular model isn’t temperamental - it accommodates the pods with comfort, thus sealing properly. And we love the option to get a shorter, stronger coffee if we want it. Apparently there are versions of this model that do other things like allow for the pod to be used ‘twice’ without loss of flavour, but we didn’t get that choice online - and it didn’t matter. i am delighted with the senseo viva cafe this is my 2nd my old one gave up after 9 years it was used constantly and i really missed it,i had no hesitation in purchasing the same brand as they are sturdy and reliable make great coffee ,an added bonus is you can make your coffee stronger by pressing the button twice very simple to use once you get the hang of it i highly recommend the senseo viva cafe

Best coffee machine ever. Bought this to replace a 20year old one. Not sorry. Love the colour .
