Recommend reading if your into the subject if servitors
Nice uncomplicated view of something which is often complicated to the point confusion. Some clear focused writing and good information on an interesting subject. Recommend it to those interested in the subject of servitors, or thought forms in general.

Practical magic that pays for itself
I was passed this book by Mr Hardacre, my spirit guide and carer. He was very complementary and I can see why.If you have ever sought to create a servitor, you'll know just how confusing and sometimes even dangerous it can be, especially for the cats in the area. The first few times I attempted to do this I had no success, and the more I tried the higher the stakes were. It was becoming harder to source the consumables from around my neighbourhood, and on one occasion my ritual backfired with serious consequences that I can't go into here as they are subject to ongoing investigation by the local sewarage authority. This book has really moved me on. I was finally successful after putting in place some of the learning here, and after studying some more I am becoming increasingly able to maintain stability in my increasingly complex constructs. Mr Hardacre is very pleased and had stopped manifesting over my bed while I'm asleep.5 out of 5 - will buy again.

The gold standard for creating a servitor
Servitors are a pretty popular concept amongst those who practice magic and those who are interested in using said magic to fulfill personal needs and desires. This is, I think, because they are an actual thing that works very effectively if done right. John Kreiter is just the best at explaining it and teaching it, in my opinion and experience. His advice is extremely practical and there are no added bits of filler or useless wheel spinning busywork material here. Thank gods. This is a breath of fresh air compared to other books on the subject of servitors and actual magic in general.John’s practical steps are so well thought out and easy to do. It is because of him that I am as facile as I am creating servitors now. It’s a tremendous tool to have in my back pocket, and I use it for a multitudinous amount of things. The bottom line is that I don’t know how many different ways I can say his stuff works. Because it does. It works! Have fun! His foundation in this will open the door to your creativity.

Concise and to the Point making this type of work Individual and Accessible
This book put me in touch with the possibilities of working with Thought Forms for the first time. All other approaches I've seen over the years led me to not want to do this kind of work due to frivolous rituality and dogma, but with just enough information about why something like a thought form would work, and a simple and accessible approach to creating one, the idea became accessible to me. It helped me understand I've actually done this before spontaneously/intuitively, giving me belief in my ability to shape parts of my life intentionally. Highly Recommended!

Nice for beginners! :D
This book was *released before* "Damon Brands" book on servitors, and its influence is more than a obvious. But i kept both books since it offers a different approach, compared to Kreiters book.~Kreiter believes in some restrictions, and but makes -the feeding for example, more understandable, "more natural".~"Damon Brand" shows more possiblities, but its more abstract. Therefore, i would suggest to read Kreiters book first, and to use his approach for the start, then switch to Brand but keep Kreiters approach in your mind, when you are not creating regular servitors, but companions.I'm glad that i bought both books, to have two views on the same matter.AND, i recommend his book on servitors!(its about hacking in it original sense: playful cleverness -but this time, in a magical way);) i won't spoil you his experiences, that he shared.

Requires concentration
Creating and focusing on a servitor requires full commitment to the task at hand. Whilst I understood what the writer was trying to convey, particularly about charging your servitor, I doubt if others will get it. Perhaps the author could break it down further by providing more examples. Overall, an interesting read.
