Bought this as a gift.
Wanted a special red wine for a man who has everything. Read the history on this one, even printed it off and put it with the bottle, it sounded really good. It wasn't a cheap bottle, but paying the extra certainly paid off. He had never had this "make" before, but was taken by surprise that I a non red wine drinker could have picked such a fabulous red for him. I'm in his good books now.

Delicious rich red wine
We really enjoyed drinking this from an artisan small producer - certainly can tell this isn't mass produced. Rich taste and delicious with beef. We decanted and allowed the wine to open up which definitely helped enhance the flavour and served at 18.5 degrees (bit higher than a shiraz). Definitely worth a try for a special occasion

Lovely Italian wine
Purchased this wine as a treat for my partners birthday. The wine was smooth on the palate with flavours of red berries and had a lovely long aftertaste. Thoroughly enjoyed it accompanied with cheese and crackers and would certainly purchase again. Delivery was within time scales and packaged really well.

Lovely full bodied red
Very nice wine for a special occasion, will buy again soon. Subtle tobacco and pepper notes mixed with red fruits, particularly cherry come together to create this full bodied red.

Excellent well rounded vintage wine bursting with flavour
This is a highly recommended vintage wine from a boutique vineyard. The flavour was berry bursting and in my opinion excellent value for money. Connoisseurs of fine wine will not be disappointed.

nice wine
this is a very nice wine and is what it says on the tin. I enjoyed it but wouldn't buy it again. It's just too smooth and boutique. Lacks some earthiness of a vintage wine but that's a subjective comment and some may love it
