I purchased these in April 2020 during the pandemic. I used these on the daily. I’m 5’7” these bands work perfect for resistance training for my height. Recently bands started tearing during workout. Definitely recommend bands are strong and durable. I ordered my 2nd set last night. I recently bought these pull up assistance bands and they've been such a game changer. They’re super easy to use, which I appreciate because the last thing I want is to wrestle with workout equipment before I even break a sweat. Whether I’m using them for pull-ups, stretching, or adding extra resistance to squats, they’re really straightforward to grab and get going.What surprised me the most is just how good of a workout they deliver. They’re great for targeting muscles in ways I don't always get with weights alone, and the different levels of resistance make it easy to adjust as I get stronger. It’s like having a whole gym in a small bag — without the weird gym smells, thankfully.If you're looking for something simple that still makes you feel like you crushed a workout, these are definitely worth it.

Nice and sturdy. Good quality. I bought them because of some you tube review saying these were a good brand with multiple layers and they don't break. So far very pleased. I also like that they vary in width so it is very easy to see which is the lower resistance (thiner = lower, wider = heavier/harder).They are a bit uncomfortable to hold with bare hands. I ended up getting handles and attaching with clips and that makes it much nicer.

These bands work great. I have used UnderSun band in the past, and they are a great product as well, but no matter what bands you get, eventually they will break. Its rubber being stretched over and over again. The smaller bands are more likely to break number one because of their size, and number two, they are the most commonly used bands throughout exercise routines. If you receive bands with defects, return them. They are mass-produced, so they won't always be perfect. Also, avoid anchoring bands to objects that have sharp corners.

This was a pandemic purchase. I already have a weight set in the basement, but had grown stale on it. My goal with these bands was to at least maintain the progress I'd made since my barely pre-covid knee replacement - and hopefully make even more progress.The good news - AFTER USING THEM EXCLUSIVELY FOR TWO MONTHS - is that they are versatile, and I'm able to replicate most of my favorite gym-based exercises. I felt challenged. I got great pumps. And my monthly progress photos showed improvement. I absolutely fell in love with them and will never completely stop using them. Plus, they have a lifetime warranty, so replacing them in case of breakage gives peace of mind. ****UPDATE: Well, one of my bands snapped, which was going to happen at some point. But it was after A LOT of use. So I contacted the seller through Amazon Messages. They provided the email address to their product department. They were courteous and helpful. And, as promised, they sent a replacement band. Very satisfied.****The learning curve in how to use them and the proper resistance to use wasn't bad, but some experimentation was needed.Now, if your goal is to become Mr. Olympia, this probably won't be your ticket to winning a Sandow. But if your goal is hypertrophy, or to get and stay strong, or even just to get and stay fit, then these bands will make you very happy.
