Great Creams, Product Info Could Use Clarification
These are high quality, natural and effective creams. But you need to do your homework and know what you’re doing especially when it comes to estradiol. I’ve been using them for about a year and I love them; they truly saved my peri-menopausal sanity. So, I’m very grateful for this product, over the counter estradiol is very hard to come by, and this one paired with progesterone is also affordable in comparison with other creams on the market. They also last for a long time, unless you’re drowning yourself in cream, in which case you really, REALLY need a knowledgeable medical supervision. My two pleas/suggestions are:1/ Please clearly state in product description how much of each hormone are in 1/2, 1/4 t-spoon. People keep guessing, and there are two different answers in Q/A. It would be a very easy fix for the seller/producer. This is too serious an impact on human lives not to give this simple information right upfront, asking people to do their calculations themselves is pretty much asking for the human error in play. I went to Bonvida’s website, and even there this information does not seem to be there. It shouldn’t be like searching for a holy grail.2/ Again plea/suggestion: Could you please provide an adequate plastic spoon with the product? There is one offered on Bonvida’s site, which works well, it’s appropriate depth and flexible, but sadly doesn’t last. There seem to be nowhere I could conveniently order it in bulk. It would really help if the spoon was simply provided with the product.

Real review from repeat buyer. Estradiol cream is hard to find.
This is a real review from a repeat buyer of both this estradiol cream and this progesterone cream. I am not receiving any perks for this review, and I am not affiliated with this product. It is hard to find an estrogen cream that is estradiol and not the weaker metabolites like estriol. And I like that the estrogen and progesterone are in separate creams, which makes it possible to adjust the dose if I get too high or low in one hormone but not the other. These 2 creams have removed my symptoms of diminished hormones, and have enabled me to sleep comfortably through the night. These two creams have worked for me and I will continue to purchase them. Good luck!

Bio is Better
Update 6/17/22I read a post calculating milligrams by teaspoon. Here is what BonVida explained to me. You shouldn't calculate by teaspoons i.e. one ounce equal six teaspoons, but rather the product was made to be calculated using grams...(2.1 ounces equals 60 grams). It makes a difference. Therefore:The jar says it is 2.1 ounces and has 400 milligrams per jar.Google 2.1 ounces and it equals 60 grams. So you divide the 400 milligrams by 60 and there is 6.67 milligrams per 1 gram.I filled a 1/4 teaspoon with product and it weighed 1.0 gram (see picture). So, 1/4 teaspoon gives you 6.67 milligrams of estradiol. If you only use a fourth of that, you will get 1.67 milligrams of estradiol.Update. I've only used the estrogen five days and can already see and feel a difference in my skin. I called BonVida and they said there was 6.66 mil in a quarter teaspoon. That seemed quite high for me. I'm using just a little less than 1/4 of that (just a dab), which would be a little less than 1.665 mil. I'd like to keep it at 1.0 to 1.25 mil a day for a while.I read dr Lee's book on hormones and he says that it's best to use about .50 estrogen, so as soon as I build up some estrogen, I will probably cut back more, say to just once every two days. The only down side is the fact that the milligrams per quarter teaspoon isn't printed on the label. It should clearly state the mils on the label.I've been using Emerita Progesterone cream for years now (10 mil a day) and my body likes it, so I probably won't use the progesterone that comes with this product. You can buy Emerita here on Amazon. It's made from wild yams and apparently my body likes that. All said and done, BonVida is a good find, and I will probably now use it as part of my heath routine. End of update.I was orginally on bioidentical estradiol and was doing well, but was convinced to go on standard estradiol. The bio is much better and they cannot be compared to each other. So now I'm going back to the bioidentical. I don't know anything about this company and will update after I use it for awhile. I bought enough for both me and my sister to try for a few months, then I will update this review as to the quality and absorbalilty of the estrogen and progesterone

Very pleased
I bought the product to help me with energy, metabolism, mood, and sleep. All conditions have improved and I am really pleased. I'm not crying or depressed or needing naps anymore. I had a complete hysterectomy in 2015 so I have no hormones at all except from the natural cat cells in my body. These bio~identical creams are safer and more effective than pills.

skeptical no more!
i was very sceptocal of this when purchasing it. I have hypothyroidism causing hormonal imbalance. Night sweats, headache, nausia, back ache.. very similar to PMS .. low enegy and severe fatigue.. these creams are absolutely amazing. For a non prescription formula i couldnt ask for better. Withing 3 days of use my night sweats stopped. After 2 weeks most other symptoms have reduced significantly or gone. Use as directed and I'd definitely recommend this..
