Works Great, cut the work time in half or better.
I got this jack for use on our 20 ton press as the original jack was worn out.By using the air option it cut the work time in half or better. It will pay for itself in no time .

Its what you want, probably
Bought this to replaced the clapped out 20 ton bottle jack in my press. Air is a nice feature to have. I did quite a bit of pricing and comparing before I bought this model. I ended up with this one, because its an upgraded Torin (with a three year warranty) at a nice price point for the home user. I have it plumbed to an ARO foot valve for hands free operation, the jack works well so far in the few test presses I've done. Not loud either. I'll update this review after I've pressed a set of knuckles or something worthwhile.

Labor saver
A solidly constructed tool, but probably not really that different from others. Air cylinder does have a strong external housing. Nice long air hose and sturdy swivel. The jack is pretty heavy, so it's a tradeoff - drag your heavy air jack into position under your vehicle and not have to manually pump it up, or use a lighter manual jack and pump, pump, pump. I think air powered is better.It's not fast, but it works well. I had no trouble using it with a smaller portable compressor at about 120 psi.The release valve still must be operated manually to lower the jack, so be sure to position it accordingly before lifting.It seems to be slightly taller than a regular bottle jack of the same capacity so check your clearance.Worked well right out of the box, fluid reservoir was full.It is very cool to just push the lever and watch your vehicle go up. Should have bought one long ago.
