Makes watering your hanging plants and container vegetables much easier.
We use these in our 4 hanging plants with one in each. These plants are water hungry and go through about 12 oz every 2-3 days max. Before the spikes, we were getting lots of wilting between waterings but now we have an easy and quick visual indication that we need to fill the water and we no longer have wilting or fear of washing out fertilizer through over-watering.We also use 4 of these in one barrel bottom container with 4 different heads/varieties of lettuce and with wine bottles for the water and can go a week or more before they need to be refilled.My only wish is that we could find a nicer bottle than a brown beer bottle for the weather containers in the hanging plants. The wine bottles look nice in the larger container but are too big for the hanging plants.

Looks like it will do the job.
They have an odd opening. Nothing wrong with them but it might take awhile to find the right plastic bottle to match up....

Love these and they served a special purpose
The media could not be loaded. I consider this an accessibility aid as I have ADHD and can’t be consistent with watering to save my life. I love gardening and am not quite as green of a thumb with house plants but am trying. I recently acquired some gorgeous fuchsias for the hummingbirds and they’re temperamental about water. Add to that, a Robin decided to nest in one and I didn’t want to flood her nest or disturb her when watering.These little makeshift ollas allowed me to set it and forget it! I can visually see when the bottle is empty and it’s time for a new one. This isn’t bothering the Robin, I replace the bottle when she leaves the nest. She has now hatched two of her eggs and we get to enjoy watching the process.I use them in my bigger houseplants too and wow what a difference! My philodendron was looking sad and has perked right up! I do need to work on finding prettier bottles so it doesn’t look like all my plants are wine moms, and the type of bottle matters to the ease of popping it in the stake. The tubular neck of a wine bottle slows the flow when inverting, a wide mouth bottle will fit but you lose half your water if you’re not a sleight of hand master.

I am using this product to slowly water my plants and flowers that are on my patio. Doing this along with a bigger watering once a week is keeping my plants beautiful.

Muy caro para el material
