So far so good! I was very worried about buying from here with the bad reviews but once I pulled it out, it was like it was brand new!! Perfect condition, logged right in with no issues! Very very happy so far!!

I love my new MacBook Pro. Coming from a lifelong Windows guy, that’s saying something. I’ve been a Windows tech/support person (retired) for over 25 years. Over that time, I’ve had very little interaction with the Mac OS. I’ve known for years that the Mac OS is a better, more secure and more robust OS, but that didn’t mean I wanted a Mac. Well, that recently changed. I took on a part time job doing support for a Linux NAS server, and an office full of Macs. To support the Mac users, I needed to fully understand the Mac OS. This brings us here.TO THE POINTDo not listen to the negative reviews for these “Renewed” MacBook Pros. My MacBook Pro arrived in perfect condition. Everything checked out like a brand new computer. It did have 50 charges on the battery, so someone did use the computer, and for some time. You could not tell by looking at the unit. I will also add that these computers are supposed to come with a fresh OS install. Mine did have residue from the previous owner, so I’m guessing they don’t always give you a clean install of the OS. That being said, if you get a Mac that doesn’t meet your expectation’s, just send it back. My plan was to give it a try. If after three attempts, I didn’t get a “good” one, I would give up. I didn’t need to do that. I was very happy with the first one I received. You can’t beat the price!To buyers coming from a Windows OS to the Mac OS. When I ordered my new Mac, a friend of mine (who has been a Mac tech longer than most people reading this right now have been alive) told me “don’t bring your Windows mind to the Mac”. This is so true. Don’t start by loading up your new Mac with Microsoft apps etc. Try Apple Pages, or LibreOffice (free download). Give the Mac way a chance. Forget about right click. Yeah, Mac has the Control click to show the context menu, but you will not see the Windows type options for creating a new document etc. Instead, open the app, create your document and then save it. It’s just a different way of doing things, but give it a chance before complaining about the way the Mac OS does it.That’s all. Enjoy your new Mac and have some fun…

Product arrived with minimal scratches/ scrapes. Has a scratch on the front part and the "A" key has popped out of place. When I plugged it in and started using it it all went smoothly until I saw the battery icon had a "X" on it. It didn't retain charge without being directly hooked to a power source.I just came back from the Apple store where the employee helped assess the problem which obviously it was that the battery needed replacement. He put in a work order for a replacement but said it might not be possible to get the part due to how old the battery is (2018 model). It'd would have cost another almost $300 if they can even get the part.I'm so disappointed since I paid for the refurbished laptop in great condition yet its core isn't functional. Why even sell it in the first place? I'd skip the purchase, y'all. Now I have to see if I can return it and get my money back so I can just save up a few more hundred for a new laptop from the apple store where I know it'll be functional and have apple warranty.

The laptop was delivered in a timely manner and well packaged. The size of the screen is very good and the video quality is excellent! It had a few different buttons, then my macbook air like the sound and the brightness buttona good value for the money!

Honestly when I made the purchase I looked back and read the reviews people left and I decided to gamble on it & im glad I did! I got mine in excellent condition!I believe that the people that had trouble with their computer probably didn’t order in excellent condition and maybe order it in acceptable condition.I will say if you are having trouble with it powering on when you get it, it’s probably the charger cord or the box. I have the Ipad 13 inch (2024) so when I plugged it in to my ipad charger it turned on!When it turned on it was working great. All the keys worked and the touchpad work. Its was light weight and the sound was amazing! The screen play was clean and the camera worked as well. It does tend to get a little heat but something too bad.

This has been a great experience. My MacBook has been a game changer.

This MacBook Pro was purchased for a DJ Rig that runs the serato and rekord box software. It came the very next day in excellent condition. I will say the packaging was not ideal, the box it was enclosed in did not have sufficient air wrap. Other than that we love it. It is currently loaded with over 60,000 songs and we're all analyzed very quickly. No complaints and we will be purchasing a few more in the near future 😊
