It makes a difference when the grower is involved in production
After torturous sorting sessions with beans and seeds that are thrown into a plastic bag without any cleaning or inspection from a big chain store, I decided to buy from the source. So glad! They care!I find, maybe, a dozen rejects in an entire bag. Shows that, yeah, they are cheaper, but not worth eating!

Great Food Staple
We try to eat healthy and this helps. The food is fresh and tastes great. I haven't found any foreign objects in the bags. The food is clean and just needs a quick rinse before you start cooking. You are only limited by your imagination when it comes to creating a recipe. Easy to store, we put ours in some large mason jars and throw in an oxygen absorber. They will have a long shelf life if you keep them in a cool dark place, like a pantry or under inside of a cabinet. If you want to keep some food staples on the side for an emergency this is good to have in the house.

The best quality
This product was beyond my expectations. I saw the good reviews and I thought I would give it a try. I made hummus today and it was by far the best hummus I ever made. The good quality of the garbanzos made the difference since I didn’t changed anything else in my recipe. I also made few weeks ago split pea soup and that also was delicious. Next is a lentil recipe on my list since I bought all three of them. Absolutely happy with my purchase and can’t wait to try more.

Great Product
Love the collection I got of green peas, lentils and garbanzo beans. It is a great source of protein and also great emergency supply food to store and have on hand. I love supporting local companies that grow without the GMO. Healthier for all!

Wonderful. Good for me and you, sprouted and cooked.
I read some of the negative reviews and I say nonsense. I have found no debris at all in five bags and counting. There is no odor to the bags or lentils. They sprout nicely and cook even. The garbanzos benefit from a pressure cooker and the other types of lentils and split peas cook in an expected way. If you watch the video on how they are grown, you will see that everything is done responsibly and family-wise. This is not from a factory farm at all.

Not in my area.
I live in a rural area. I went to local market and asked for garbanzo beans , all they had were canned. What they did have on the shelves when I found them, where dusty and old. I was delighted to receive my package of garbanzo beans, split peas and lentils, They where clean, and neatly packed. I store mine in a 1/2 gallon mason jar. It took 1/2 jars for each item. I cooked the lentils. They were great. Went to their website to check out the recipes. My new Favorite is the Pancakes made out of garbanzo bean flour. Thank you so much.

Just high quality beans
They aren't the cheapest you'll find, but they are excellent. I like to buy one of this trio about twice a year. I'm mostly plant-based so beans are a big part of my diet and these are excellent quality. I've been buying Palouse Brand for a number of years now and am likely to continue for many years in the future.
