I've used the Swingline version of these self-laminating tags for years to make fake all-access passes, and was initially panicked when I went to order more and couldn't find them anywhere. Well, these are the same-- same model number, same manufacturer, just no longer under the Swingline label.

I use these when I make stickers and they work so well. Just beware, line up the item first, once it’s on there’s no going back. I highly recommend!

These are good quality, self stick laminating pouches intended for wallet-sized cards and photos. They are at least as good quality as the ones from Scotch and 3M that I've used in the past. Just slide your card in, remove the film from one side of the pouch, and press both sides together. Then trim off the excess.It's the last step that can get you into trouble if you're not careful. If you trim the plastic too close to the item you're trying to laminate, it will just open right back up again. You need to leave at least a minimal amount of border around all sides of the item to be laminated. You may waste a couple of these pouches learning how to trim them properly. But once you get the hang of it, they work very well.

I ordered these to laminate a paper/sign that was possibly going to be exposed to rain. It has protected the paper/sign I laminated perfectly. It's thin, easy to see through, and durable. My best advice when using this product is to take your time! I didn't rush it and didn't have any issues, the laminating sheet secured firmly around the edges and there weren't any bubbles at all. I wouldn't hesitate to order this again if the need arises.

Was hoping these would be a little more heavy duty and create more of a laminated card like thickness, but I guess they will protect the sheet.

While waiting for my laminator to arrive, I decided to manually lay a single sheet over my stickers to waterproof them. You simply remove one perforated edge, then line it up to your page. Then, simply begin peeling away the backing while simultaneously pressing down and rubbing back and forth until you cover the sheet. I fed it into my Silhoutte Cameo cutter and the results were gorgeous., The last clear vinyl I used came on a roll that had to be cut down to A4 size each time, and required patience and insane precision, because if you even blinked, there would be an air bubble which required an anvil squash it out. Now I can't wait to try some cold lamination once my unit comes in to let the rollers do their thing instead of manual hand pressing. Excellent quality, clear as glass and durable! Will reorder when out for sure.
