An Average Product
This product constantly gets stuck under my furniture and costantly stops and has to be restarted. It doesn't not track the entire room and as to be manually moved for coverage. It does a fair job cleaning, but I wish I had spent more money and got one that really tracks.

Not worth the money or hassle
We received one of these as a gift and really wanted it to work. However, the only thing that seemed to work right was being able to return it.First of all, it was supposed to be a new unit, however, when we opened the box, the robot itself was clogged with cat hair. My son if extremely allergic to cats, so this was a less than positive start. We thought, since it had been a gift, that we'd do our best to make it work anyway so I cleaned it carefully, charged it up and the next day we tried to get it to work.That went poorly as well. The first thing it did when powered up was to get itself tangled in the chargers power cord. After extricating it from it's own cord, we watched it randomly drive around the floor. It did clean the carpet, but it'd get stuck on many obstacles, such as chair legs and the transition from the carpet to the wood floor. It also had difficulty navigating and rather than returning to it's charger, would just stop.We spent a couple days trying to get it work right but finally had to let my sister in law (thank you again) that it wasn't working and she had to make the arrangements to get it sent back.My sister in law (god bless her) decided to replace it with a roomba. It was clean out of the box, ran fine with no fiddling and has been working great. While others might find the Rotech worthwhile, I'd recommend that people spend the extra money to get a Roomba.

It drove itself off the stairs
This vacuum cleaner was purchased in addition to my iRobot roomba. The Vacuum barely picked up any dirt or dog hair off the floor/carpet. It would constantly stop running mid run with a full battery remaining. I gave it another try a few days later and it drove itself off the stairs. I contacted support with the issues and was directed to a chines/korean? email contact who insisted i send them a video of the unit to prove to them what i said was happening. It was easier to return it than to sit around video taping this and then sending a copy of the video to them.Save yourself the aggravation and buy the iRobot, its far superior.

Great price for a great product !
Very happy with vac. Quieter than i thought it would be.Multi functions and easialy cleaned and maintaned.
