Pretty tasty. I like the extra fat
Tastes good. I am wondering how they have it so smooth without guar gum. And the % of fat is different on the front of the can (22%) that is different from the back of the can (16%). But it's nice and thick and tasty.

Excellent ice cream and nearly-complete collagen pain relief for the first time in 28 years
I put this in a blender with a variety of other kinds of milks and flavors, and then put it in my ice cream machine (bought a good one with a condenser, since my rental apartment freezer wouldn't get an insert cold enough), and it's come out really great. Unexpected benefit was the huge help to all my collagen pain struggles (severe scoliosis, decades-long story). All dry skin is gone like I'd gone to a spa, digestion way better, and most all muscle and joint pains are all better; and all I have to do is eat ice cream. Really awesome. Also like this brand because no added ingredients/sweeteners. Perfect blend of cococnut cream and the natural coconut milk that comes with it (which yes, does appear a bit watery for that part, so I tip the blender a bit so it doesn't splash when putting it in, and thoroughly ignore the people compaining that it's not all solid coconut cream cuz they clearly never read the product description which states it's like 20-25% solid anyway. Every can in the few cases I've bought all have a thich texture that's almost uniform, plus the real complainers would need to post photos to get me to believe them). The Recipe I made up for ice cream for 2 qt ice cream maker is 2 cans of this coconut cream, 1 can evaporated milk or any other kind of milk (works with oat, almond, &/or cashew milks), and either vanilla and sugar; or cocoa powder and a banana; then into the blender. Then into the ice cream maker. Comes out perfect.Works with 1 can coconut cream and the remainder (total 4 cups) as any other kind of milk, freezes less rock solid and is better with 2 cans. Can always taste it before pouring in ice cream maker because the coconut cream makes it thick and eggs/cooking are not needed. Can also mix in instant coffee granules to the chocolate recipe, and I use a vanilla bean paste and just a couple of tbsp of sugar to the vanilla batches. The coconut flavor does not overwhelm the ice cream, not even the vanilla. And of course, probably just about anything goes with the flavors. And after researching so many health issues, and having many of them get suddenly fixed by healthy ice cream experimentation, I'll be subscribing to continue to receive these.

Quality worsened, it's half water, not heavy cream.
I've tried several different brands of coconut cream so far, what's available on Amazon and from Whole Foods. I like most of them, especially of course the organic ones. This brand if coconut cream is a cut above all others, because it has no guar gum, and tastes in my coffee as freshly made! I can't have dairy, so have to use coconut cream in my morning coffee, a coypled if spoons, plus some almond milk. This cream does look fluffy, not like usual Thai coconut cream, and seems that it won't mix as if it has solid particles , but it's only because it's pure. With no guar gum. And it does mix okay. The taste is great. I store it I my fridge in a glass or plastic container and it lasts about a week for morning coffee for me and my husband. I will keep buying this brand whenever it's available.Update, Aug 20: we just got a new order of this same brand, but it is 40% water, and the cream doesn't congeal into heavy substance in the fridge like the earlier batches did. I went through 3 cans so far, and all are like this lowered quality and quantity of the cream, it separates from coconut water. So I have to take off stars on my review as quality went down. Please fix the quality back to heavy cream instead of coconut water with some cream, which is what it is now.

High quality, smooth and thick
This is a high quality coconut cream. Makes excellent yogurt, ice cream, creamy soups. I love it! It is thick and creamy, not hard or thin like some of them.

Thick and tastes good!
I like that the Organic Coconut Cream by Nature’s Greatest Foods - 13.5 Oz is gmo free, has no carrageenan or guar gum. It is also organic another great benefit. The cream is thick and works well when using, no matter what dish you are making.Sometimes the cans arrive dented, they have a pull top, which I don't use and they have a white, bpa free lining. The only reason I gave it four stars is that it is so expensive.

With no Guar!!
I was surprised that this cream is very runny (thick milky texture vs thicker coconut that i am used to), but I just make other adjustments and it works great in my recipes. The key is no guar!

Not the flavor or consistency of the brand Chaokoh Coconut Cream
I ordered a 12 pk of this cream. I use it in my coffee every morning. I used to use the brand Chaokoh Coconut Cream for a couple of years now but it does have extra ingredients unlike this organic version. This one is very grainy, never completely blends in my coffee and leaves little grit pieces on my coffee cup. Not near the coconut flavor either. This one isn't bad but it's just not like the previous one that I bought. Can't really taste the coconut. The Chaokoh cream is much more expensive so that is why I chose this one. The Chaokoh is very tasty. Maybe it will drop in price and I would go back to that brand. Meanwhile, I will try other brands and see if I can find that perfect coconut cream.
