TRUST IN AMAZON!
I THOROUGHLY ENJOY MY GRAVITY INCENSE BURNER! HOWEVER!; I IMMEDIATELY HAD TO GO OUT AND REPLACE THE BATTERIES! BECAUSE THEY WERE DEAD! ALSO; BEING THAT THEY ARE WATCH BATTERIES, THEY WEREN’T CHEAP! IN FACT, THE BATTERIES COST 3/4 THE TOTAL AMOUNT THAT I PAID IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! BEWARE OF CHINA!! HOWEVER; I CAN REPORT ( I’M NOT SURPRISED ) THAT AMAZON COMPLETELY REFUNDED THE FULL AMOUNT! OTHERWISE THE ONLY OTHER OPTION WAS TO SHIP THE WHOLE DAMN THING BACK! THANKS AGAIN AMAZON!! YOU GUYS ARE TRULY THE BEST!! The overall concept is cool but the quality of the actual products don't match up to the package
well the start off the incense that is advertised to go along with this product is not the incense that is needed or a compatible I should say for this item with that being said it also disappointed me to find out that it's constant maintenance in terms of having to clean it it gets very sticky with a bunch of resin very easily and quick and it's just not really worth the money to me even though it wasn't that expensive the incense Burns away and probably 2 minutes 3 Max before you have to refill another one and it's just a constant tedious therapeutic item is ironic is that is I'm actually in the process of reboxing it up and sending it back right now to find something else a little bit more less of a hassle the LED light that also comes with this is mediocre-at-best I accidentally fell asleep and left it on one night to only to find out it would be completely dead the next morning so if an LED light can't even stand a whole night on without dying then it speaks volumes about where the quality went into making this entire package I would pass if I were you

Beautiful Display! But, is that enough for you?
The smell of the incenses were offensive to me and that it only works with a certain type/shape of incense. Besides that it puts on a very nice display.Bottom line not really worth the money for those reasons.

Not what I was expecting...boo!!
Nice backflow burner but for the price and according to the product pictures I was expecting it to come with a water fogger/mister. There's a hole for a cord but nothing to plug in? False advertisement? Not sure if I'll keep it or return it. Without the fogger it's just a backflow burner with a deep hole for stagnant water to sit in. ..boo! And the little led light is weak, a fogger with LED light would be way better!

Holder is fine but beware
This only uses backflow cones not regular ones. You can buy regular cones that smell nice but every single backflow cone I've tried smells like burning garbage
