I bought this for a two-week trip to Italy. It worked well, held up well, and was comfortable. I don't know if one strap or two made a difference because they ended up together, but it worked. I was able to keep my passports, credit card, and money close to me at all times. The temperatures were in the upper 90s, and although it was hot, the belt wasn't overly uncomfortable.

The product arrived as expected and was exactly as described. I’ve already started using it and I’m genuinely pleased with its quality. Everything went smoothly from start to finish—excellent service. It does seem a little larger than expected, but that’s not a problem

I wanted pick pocket protection before a trip to Italy and Paris. I used this as a cross body bag over a T-shirt and under a button-down shirt. It's good if you need extreme protection against pick pockets, but having to unbutton 3-4 buttons on your shirt to access it is inconvenient. Also if it were summer I wouldn't want this with 2 shirts. I think the risk is mostly mitigated by having a bag in front of you, rather than the side or behind, so I think next time I'd get a regular cross body bag. This is barely big enough to fit a thin wallet, passport, and your smartphone in. A regular cross body bag can fit more things easily, is cooler to wear, and easier to access. I saw a lot of people using cross body bags, and no one else using something like this to protect things they needed to regularly access, like a wallet or passport in the airport.

This is a must have for traveling I was able to keep all my important documents on my body with out worrying about leaving it in a safe or it getting pickpocketed or falling out some where. If you’re traveling you need this.

Perfect for easy storage and access of your phone! (has a netting on backside plus it will even fit easily inside even for a larger phone) Looks well-made and I like having two straps rather than just one. (the current one I have with just one strap makes me panic every once in a while-But it has never fallen off) I think for the price you won't beat it!

I had a problem, it was resolved quickly to my satisfaction.
