it does what it says provides energy is organic i showed this to my doctor to see if i could take it because of my high blood pressure he said it was fine because it is all organic and suggested to take one a day instead of two i now feel better not as tired cannot tell you if i have lost weight yet it is to soon to tell as for side effects i have not experienced any at all

I wanted to see the difference these would make by themselves, so I decided not to do intermittent fasting, drinking coffee, or the keto diet while taking these so that I could clearly see the results from simply taking the pills, and I have to say I’m impressed. No more afternoon or early evening crashes in energy, no more sluggishness throughout the day. It took me a few days to realize it, but not to see the results of it. Highly ReccomendI have been on a weight loss journey now for about 10 weeks. Its a diet similar to keto and when I eat correctly I am actually in "fat burn" and can test with keto testing strips and see that I am truly in fat burn. While I want to exercise more I currently am not.
