My birds love it!

I am a hobby breeder of canaries and finches and this egg food is eagerly devoured by ALL of my birds. Gouldian finches can be “difficult” to breed and notorious for tossing newly hatched chicks if conditions aren’t perfect. However, my breeding pairs have NOT tossed a single chick since being fed this nutritious soft food. In addition to their standard seed mix, millet spray and the addition of Gold Patee egg food appears to have met the Gouldian’s exacting standards and I haven’t lost a single chick since. It’s definitely worth the expense if you want healthy, beautiful birds in your home.

The product has a wonderful soft, almost moist consistency that my zebras went crazy for! I add this to their Kaytee Forti-Diet along with liberal amounts of Zupreem Fruit pellets. You can easily sneak powdered supplements and green powdered or flaked foods into this excellent product and they will snark it down, none the wiser! I did give them whole dishes of this yummy treat at first, but they started to get fat! Highly recommended and worth the price. No no need to moisten like other egg foods, at least for my finicky birds.

I ordered this as a supplement for my canaries they absolutely love it! Definitely Wil continue to purchase.

The Egg food smells good, looks good and is nice and moist. But the Parrotlets didn't take to it at all. They like their Volkman's brand better even though it's dry. I don't understand them,....but I want to be honest in case someone else has Parrotlets too. Maybe finches would like it better? :)

This is a must food for raising baby birds!

Before trying this I bought a diferent brand at one of our local pet stores and my birds were completely indifferent to it. When I gave them Orlux they finish everything. This formula helped my molting canaries recover better.
