A few years ago I started wearing a waist trainer and dropped a few dress sizes. The trick is to buy one smaller than the size you would normally wear then buy a smaller one as you progress. What I love about this one is it's just the zipper, not the hook and eye. Also it has two bands and the Velcro on it is super strong!! For those not used to wearing one, start zipping it up inch by inch at the smallest part of your waist area. For instance, I'm smaller right under my bust, so I start there, it takes some practice, but start the slow zipping, pulling it down as you zip up. What I also like about this one is it's longer than most, so it comes to my mid hip. Just fyi, I'm 5'4, 170lbs. Waist is 39 inches, I bought the large and it's perfect. Great for back support too!

One of the best wraps I've ever purchased. It's easy to put on and you don't feel like you can't breathe. Been using it while walking and on the stationary bike. I'm a true fan!

It was good at first but after 3-4 weeks the metal binding is curved in and can be really uncomfortable at times during certain exercises.Do not get me wrong it is pretty good besides that I enjoyed the straps feeling extra support.

Don't waist ur money on this belt it is not made of a fabric that sucks u in at all if felt like I was wearing nothing the straps that are supposed to snatch ur wait has no stretch, look up a belt that has latex that is the fabric u need when it comes to waist trainers I purchased one that has strap and is a triple strap that won't bend on u because that's the most annoying part about wearing these things.

I was unsure about this purchase because I've bought other waist trainers in the past which were of poor quality. Is have the same experience every time- the cheap material of the belt would fold in on itself leaving my belly exposed. They literally folded in half, leaving me unsupported and completely defeating the purpose of wearing the belt. To my surprise, this belt was study. It has has hoop latches AND a Velcro belt for extra reinforcement. This belt is big girl friendly! It has NEVER folded on me and I've never found it difficult to breathe in it, either. Really awesome product. Thank you.
