The first toners that I ordered did not work properly. They were faint and streaked. I was thinking it was a setting on the printer and don't use the printer daily. It was quite some time before I realized that the problem was the toners. I contacted True Image, really expecting them to say it was too long since I bought them. I was pleasantly surprised to be told that replacements would be sent out immediately. They were and I received them a few days later. I installed them and they have worked flawlessly since. I'll be getting my next set of toners from True Image for sure.

Bought the printer cartridges in Jan 2025 and all of them worked great until Mar 2025. I started to have an issue with my black cartridge streaking and then my magenta cartridge quick working a few days later. I had already contacted the customer support and notified them that there was a problem about the black cartridge so I told them the magenta was not working now too before they shipped the black cartridge I received new cartridges the following week from them. Customer Support has contacted me a few times since to check and verify that all is working. I am very happy with their customer support and would recommend. I will buy from them again!!

I do not recommend this product. My initial purchase of this product in 2020 was perfect and did not experience any issues. My 2nd purchase in 2021 made the documents unreadable. I always like to keep a full set on hand incase I run out of toner. I didn't start experiencing issues until I put this second set in the printer in early 2022. I thought the printer had been made poorly and actually stopped using the printer for about 6 months. I decided to investigate the issue yesterday as it is my only printer and ran the printer through several maintenance steps which did not resolve the issue. The picture of the print out from the printer is used to auto adjust graduation and the printer cannot recognize it because it is so bad. I found a video online which showed that the issue is the poor quality of the cartridges themselves. The image with the drums, should not have any toner on the blue rollers. The cartridge on the bottom is the black one and for some reason has blue toner on it. The cyan one is above it with some yellow toner, the next one is magenta with some yellow and the top one us yellow. Notice there are lines on the drums near the outside edges of the blue drums. This is where scratches or grooves exist in the drums causing toner to leak out. Additionally, according to the video I watched, there are wiper blade like things inside the toner cartridges that press against the blue drum controlling toner release. Those also appear to be worn out as there is toner where there shouldn't be. These are practically brand new toner cartridges and should not be in this state so soon. Unless these rebuilt toner cartridges where just refilled, cleaned up and resold without the internal components being replaced.

I had an issue with a cartridge, and True Image handled it perfectly. Their customer service was fast, friendly, and super helpful—they quickly sent a replacement with no hassle. It’s rare to see this level of care, especially from a small business. I’m really impressed and will definitely buy from them again. Highly recommend!

These are decent toners. Just like with toners of similar built, it can always be a hit or miss thing so if you got a bad one, just return or have it replaced immediately. do not store these type of toners in exposed areas just because they are not original and parts can deteriorate if not stored properly.luckily, these worked well at the time of my using it. it could very well fail, but it didn't and that's good sign. these toners almost always gets coupon or goes on sale so make sure to keep an eye out for that. however, if you need it now, or if the price fits, this one works.prints are ok, nothing spectacular, it's more on a lighter side compared to original but this is tons more affordable. other than that, it works!

I have been living with red streaks for almost a year. Did n't want spend money unless I had to. Well guess what? I had to print out my taxes on 4/14, planning on mailing them out last minute. I can't have red streaks everywhere so I decided to buy the most review tonner on Amazon. Get them the next morning, installed the new toner and all the streaks are gone. Did a few test print for my daughters school project and everything came out great.

I bought the pack of toners one year ago, and one of them got problem after being used for more than one year. I thought this is the normal life span and was going to drop them away. Then I tried to contact the customer service, they responded very quickly and sent me the replacement of all the 4 toners. Now it works perfectly. Thank you! I will definitely buy it again.

The media could not be loaded. This review is for the Canon 054 compatible toner cartridges.Print quality is good.Makes a very loud clunk, you can hear it in the video.There are differences on the exterior of these cartridges, don't know if that has anything to do with the clunk. In all pics, True Image is on the left OEM on the right.Emailed the companies support, and got this reply"Regarding the "bang" sound you mentioned, I have consulted with our technical team and conducted tests in our laboratory. We found that both the original and our compatible cartridges produce a "bang" sound when the printer starts up.However, the sound from the compatible cartridges is indeed louder, which can be more noticeable.The noise occurs due to the engagement of gears during initialization and calibration, which is a normal process. This sound does not affect the printing process or cause any damage to the printer. You can continue to print without any concerns."It may very well be that it won't hurt my printer. But I paid $400 for that printer, and I don't want to chance it.I returned the cartridges.
