Great size for making eggs, appear resistant (only time will tell, but as any other non stick pan, you have to take care of it), extremely easy to be cleaned, use just a drop of butter or olive oil for flavor and it has a great value for your money. I will buy more pans from this brand. Better than others I own.The heat is spread evenly and so, the performance of it is as expected, makes your eggs fast and evenly cooked with very little oil.About scratching it, I can't tell anything about it, because I tend to take a lot of care not to break the surface of the pan. But I belive, as any other pan, you should avoid metal on it, otherwise the non stick material may scratch and lose it ability to be non sticky.

I absolutely love this pan. It is totally awesome! I put in a tiny bit of butter and cracked an egg in it and with it on low heat (3) it cooked so nice! As the egg turned white and then started bubbling a little bit it was ready to eat! Yummy, it was fast!Really glad I got this. Had it saved for a while and finally decided to order it. Its just as nice as my other Blue Diamond pans. Low heat and fun times!Maybe I will try it with 2 eggs, but 1 egg was great today 😋 I didn't even need a turner to get it out. I could move it around in the pan by shaking the pan a little and slide it out on a plate! 🍽

I'm kinda a fry pan nut. Have the green one, red one, copper ones, and the granite one...These are the best!! Also have 2 larger Blue Diamond pans, I might toss all the others. This baby one is perfect for one sunny side up or two scrambled eggs, hamburger, fried bologna, and even a trimmed grilled cheese. The bigger pans are great. Can honestly clean them with a paper towel....NOTHING STICKS!! No pretreating/seasoning..I just use a touch of butter or coconut oil [habit], stuff slides right out. The baby can't go in the oven [handle] but the larger ones can. Highly recommend... PLUS...EVERY negative review about this pan centers on TWO things - too small and egg sticks. If you read the ENTIRE product description, it SAYS it's a MINI egg pan [hint, MINI means VERY small - 5"] and it recommends using a few drops of oil or butter when cooking. Who DOESN'T use a touch of butter or oil when cooking an egg? I bought this and LOVE it, gave it a 5* rating! Yes, it's only 5", great for one egg - 2 if scrambled, 1 hamburger, a "trimmed" grilled cheese, fried bologna, small piece of chicken, and anything else that will fit. These Blue Diamond pans are GREAT!!

It’s a good little pan for my morning egg and cheese on a bagel. I preferred a lidded pan but didn’t find exactly what I wanted so when it’s time to melt the cheese, I cover the fry pan with a larger lid and it works fine. Real easy to clean up. Sturdy enough. The description was accurate.

I purchased two new blue skillets this one is tiny, but can cook two eggs. This one egg pan is slick and no stick. It also will hold one hamburger patty with onions on top, one frozen waffle, 2 if you flip them. Heat distribution The surface is so smooth that a one egg omelet with peppers and cheese is easily done. Both the non stick cooking surface and the dark blue outer pan surface are easily cleaned with a sponge. The handle is covered with a rubber grip and no pot holder is needed. It was a good purchase for my needs and I do like it 5 stars.

I use this almost every day for a single egg to make an egg english muffin sandwich. It is incredibly easy to clean and hangs on a little nail next to my stove. My dd has started using it almost as often. I like the texture of eggs cooked this way so much better than the ones the rest of my family makes in the microwave and the size of the egg is perfect for bread (a little big for english muffins, but I am definitely not complaining). I LOVE this little pan.

Mini is the operative word -this pan will not hold 2 eggs and you cannot flip the one egg it holds... looks like something from the old EZ Bake sets... not worth the price or time sending it back... this is an egg pan as in single egg... You will be disappointed -Yes it works but is unbalanced and easily dispalce on a burner top -My recommendation is do not buy it.

Good design and well made. But, But it is not a non-stick. Bought it to fry eggs and it did not perform at all. If non-stick is important don't buy. If it isn't then it's a good skillet. My view of non-sick is I don't need PAM or Olive OIL to fry an egg. It would be a 5 if it really wasn0n-stick.
