Q: Are these bags moth proof as have seen moths in the house thanks

To be honest, if moths can get through the tiny area at the top where the coat hanger goes through, then I'd like to see it. So I would say pretty moth proof.

No it’s not strong but functions well

Q: Are these bags sealed at bottom?

Superbly sealed on all sides with only a minuscule aperture at the top, to permit the coat hanger hook to reach the hanging rail These are the best moth free garment bags we have ever seen

Q: Isn't there a small hole/opening where the hanger handle comes out? Can't moths get inside this way? Or is it sealed somehow?

Yes there is a small hole for hanger to go through. The bags do come with an organza bag of cedar balls for you to hang with your clothes so hopefully these will keep moths away. Have only been using bags for around 3-4 months. Not had any problems so far but I guess the summer will be a telling point. Hope this helps.
