These are comfortable & it is easy to add more to the lift with the provided insert. You also do get two, which some people have asked about. They can be cut to fit either right or left feet. They are holding up very well. My only slight complaint is the the red air cushion in the heel does fall out easily so I glued it in place. Other than that, they have worked great for me. It has reduced my hip & knee pain to have both legs the same length/height when walking around at home or out & about.

I have one leg shorter than the other , due to an automobile accidenl. These lifts are the perfect solution to my problem. I first had one attached to thr outside of my left shoe, by a shoemaker but it cost $80.00 and didn't work any better then these inside lifts.

These hurt your feet, they give you height, but after a hour of wearing them, you want them out!!

Put these things inside of a pair of boots just to help out with reaching higher places. When putting on my boots, it feels like I am walking around on a foam fabric balance beam in each heel. Feels a bit precarious at first, but it's something I've gotten used to. I've not be able to find many heel solutions like this for wider feet anywhere, so this is getting the job done with what's out in the world.

They do add some height but very uncomfortable to wake if you have past injuries. Pressure distribution hurts your feet. Not a bad idea tho.

Work great it helped me align my hips cuz it felt like one leg was shorter than the other after I wore these it adjusts it my hip and took away the back pain. The only complaint I have about these is I wish they came a little wider for people with wide feet
