Defect Product - No Service and Warranty
The lock is defective. After locking from outside, it was getting stuck when we try to open from inside.I tried reaching to Godrej Customer care. But unfortunately they were not ready to cover the warranty. Instead they keep on said that they do not have service at my location.They can sell the product all over India, bur they do not provide Service. Even though it is Taluka Head Quarter, they do not have service. They repeatedly asking for some other pincode to check the service.

I like this Product with 4 bolt double side side key ...
I like this Product with 4 bolt double side side key provision. This key is very rare to make duplicate not at all possible.Godrej also providing free installation one main thing is you need to check the warranty from this product.Godrej provides 15 years warranty for other locks hope this information will be very helpful.

Don't buy this one, it's a scam! Very bad product. Never buy a Godrej product, they're liers. One star they even don't deserve.
